1. When you have verified that someone genuinely loves you, don't break that person's heart. Choose death rather. Or, end the relationship early.

Be part of a community.

The giver is always higher than the receiver.

Givers are lords over receivers. Just as it is better to be a lender than a borrower.

1. People use what you say against you mind what you say or who you support
2. All humans are equal
3. Keep productive friends it's reduce hatred and envy
4. Nobody is destined if you do not lived well you will die before you achieve your destiny

All this new year resolution talk is getting boring already..we said more than this the previous year, look out how the last year turn out....there's just no code to live this life..you can act very smart and still get screwed.

Well, as everything is now determined in pecuniary terms now, my advice will be on finances.

My own advice be say this new year, be open, wise, and aiming high. Don't keep your mind closed, staying fearful. Take risks. It's the only way to become rich in such place the world is. It's why you see Igbo guys growing high financial in Lagos. They take risks, and more often than not, it yields for them. Case sample is one guy here who messaged me fom cbex and invested 5k, dude withdrew 8M on Monday with still 5k balance. You see a lot others asking if they could put just 50, some putting 100 and, well, getting their returns too but far off the possibilities.

If you hope to break free from financial debacles this year, take risks, calculated risk o, carefree risk o, sha take risks! You've got an idea that could be monetized? Start it. You've got a skill to learn that may make you lose your comfort? Take the risk. You're so must longing for a japa but it may cost you your car? Sell it and move!
Fear has made me so much loss than risk ever has.
