Sure...before I left. I have travelled for the holidays...I think these days 250 - 270 before I left. When I check the panel on the roof, burnt leave sediments and dust. If you check some of my posts, I quoted someone with the same fears, but come rain in February, he got good input close to the rated wattage. So, we have to wait for the clear sky, not dusty haze covering the sun.

Oh I see. I get around 240 around here. With the rains also come cloudy days and thunderstorms, lol. I guess we'll see by then. Happy holidays!

Yes, but rainy season's sky allows for normal penetrative rays...if you look at the sky now, compared to the rainy season or even February when heat comes, there will be a difference in clarity. Till then.

Hi guys what's the plan against thunderstorms especial for those that have their x60 connected directly to the power stations.

Better to unplug when not at home ?

I understand all these but the only advantage I see in all in one solar generators is MOBILITY nothing else makes sense for me.

All complete solar system setup is best for me, you can call me Old school.

I have a 1280wh lifepo battery capacity, with just 250k I can upgrade my capacity to 2.5kwh.

All solar components are easily upgraded and easily replaceable.
Bro.
about your setup, can you give me more info on it please? And who or where you get the setup from?

Did you buy it individually from seller or the price was from complete setup?

To think that I sold a D2 late last year only to buy D2 again same late last year is laughable.incurred about a 100k loss but we meuveeee.

I realized its not about buying a bigger power box but managing my energy consumption and applying wisdom.

My setup is taking shape.
D2 was picked up at Jumia pickup station in ABC Adeniyi Jones. ( D2 is now close to 2m on Jumia , this is due to demand I guess )

15m 10awg extension cable ordered and delivered by Jumia ( bought at 61k , it came with mc4 connectors already fixed in , it was a great bargain for me because I did an extensive market survey before buying) plus cable quality is topnotch.

545 watts original Eastman solar panel from device pro , they actually had jinko but I wanted Eastman for no specific reason though.

The only thing stopping me now is the mc4 to xt60 connector , it was ordered on Temu on the 29th of December. ( 12awg)

Will keep you guys posted.
I must appreciate @Twosquare for his updates which has gingered me to replicate.

Thanks to all other contributors as well.

Enjoy your setup bro. May it give us efficiency in all things this new year.

Has the panel been delivered? How big is it?

Yeah I picked the panel myself on the 26th of December as they said they couldn't deliver a single panel due to high risk of breakage or damage.

I attached a backview pic in my earlier post.

It's quite heavily, should be around 25kg or so. Two pple had to carry it.

Happy to hear and good for you cool. I'd like to hear more about the output of your Eastman solar panel after you set it up.

It's curious to hear that D2 is now close to N2M. Could be a glitch in the pricing algorithm because prices of other ecoflow devices are relatively unchanged.

Maybe, or Ecoflow trying to play a fast one on customers.

Now that the harmattan period is gradually dissipating and cloudy skies are appearing...highest I got today was 350 watts as opposed to 320 in December. I expect things to get better when the first rainfall does its work. Heat season dey appear small small.

I have a comment I put ... on the front page of this thread. So I will use that space modify it to post phone numbers of engineers. Because so many people have called me and there is little or no engineers to fix their power station.

We currently have 20a 12v/24v charger for LiFePO4 lithium battery. First picture shows the charger alone while second picture shows the inverter fitted snuggly into a 100ah (1280wh) 1.5kw installation, and we have all the components there.

For context, the charger charges a 100ah battery from 0% to 100% in 5hours 14mins, as seen in the first video below. Also, although the charger is indicated as being for lithium battery, it can work with lead acid battery such as tubular battery, gel battery and even car battery as seen in the second video

Hello, do you mind if I have your contact so I can ask questions about your Jinko solar setup. I just got the delta 2 and i’m new to this DIY setup. Also regarding the connector, which length would you advise for someone who stays upstairs? I was seeing on the thread someone got 30ft or something

@Babatundehy can answer that question about the feet and AWG.

Okay. Is it just the jinko 555w solar panel and the mc4 connector from temu I need for the setup to work? Amd how effective is it during the day if you’re running load of at least 400w while charging and using? Will the powerstation get charged to 100% by evening?
