Good day please I would like to ask the best courier that ships from the USA to Nigeria without having problems like package lost and the cost fee to receive my parcel here in Nigeria

I have a parcel that is stuck in transit for over 60 days, however recently when I contact Nipost through the phone they keep telling me the server is down and ask me to call back later, which I have done after a few hours, however either the call doesn't go through or they tell me the same thing.

Is the server really down for these days or are they intentionally avoiding me, I have called previously and they were able to update me on the parcel.

You will have to be patient. The update doesn't necessarily mean the package has physically left London. It might be stuck in a mail bag queue waiting to be airlifted.

Could someone help, please? My package (CY362593165US) shows that it left Lagos, but it’s supposed to be delivered to me in Lagos. This seems odd. Has anyone experienced something like this before? How did it turn out?

Here is the tracking details from USPS, I called NIPOST they confirmed items has not been received by them.

It's been more than four (4) months now and i still haven't received my parcel, you told me to email nipost and i did twice... The first time they said that my parcel has not arrived nigeria and the second time they said that they don't have my tracking number on their network and that i should give them time to check again and this was one month ago, i still haven't gotten any feedback...

please help me to check what the issue is 🙏

It appears that the package was lost in transit and there is no evidence that the package entered Nigeria.

NIPOST received notification on 23 Nov about a package waiting to be shipped to Nigeria. When it gets to Nigeria, they will update the status and share the information with USPS.

As long as USPS cannot produce evidence about receipt in Nigeria, the package is still in transit.

You deserve to lose the package. Anyone who uses Nigeria Postal service to send or receive stuff from abroad is a FOOL.

USPS (United States Postal Service) And NIPOST Package Delivery Problems

This is apparently the second time i am loosing package sent from USA through USPS to NIPOST i don't know why nipost a national carrier can't bring you package to your doorstep when DHL and others can i regret making her use the cheap stupid USPS package delivery arrangement she sent me the tracking number the package only tracks within US but even when it eventually gets to Nigeria it never gets delivered to your home is it that you have to go to NIPOST to collect it or how first i loosed a Laptop now i am about to loose my Sony PSP console with any idea on what i can do to retrieve all my packages please holla back at me-please call which ever goes through they both my numbers or mail me -i would really like to know if i should go to NIPOST office and which of their office because currently i live in OLODI-APAPA in LAGOS. thanks for your kindly and brotherly support and advice in advance.

The package is still in transit. If the message is of utmost priority, use a courier service next time.
