I have been an online customer of bet9ja for years and recently I deposited an amount in my bet9ja account and after staking about 10k from the amount and winning about 2k I decided to withdraw the rest leaving only 4k.
Bet9ja denied me the withdrawal and blocked my account. Then sent me an email to send them account statement which I have done.

Yet the customer care said they did not receive it that I should go to contact us and send it there.

Please has anybody has this kind of experience, who can give me the proper email address to send the account statement to them so I can get my money back as i really need the money now
