Let me quickly educated you on something about the Qur'an..

Firstly the Qur'an was revealed to the Prophet through Angel Jibreel (Gabriel) over the span of 23 years.

Secondly,for every chapter/verse revealed there is usual/reason for revelation.

Lastly on this topic, kindly read the reason why this particular verse you quoted was revealed:

People used to ask the Prophet (peace be on him) many questions which were of no practical relevance to either religious or day-to-day affairs. Once, for instance, a person asked the Prophet (peace be on him) in the presence of a crowd: 'Who is my real father?' Likewise, many people used to ask unnecessary questions about legal matters. By these uncalled for inquiries they sought knowledge of matters which had for good reasons, been deliberately left undetermined by the Law-giver. In the Qur'an, for example. Pilgrimage had been declared obligatory. A person who became aware of this came to the Prophet (peace be on him) and inquired: 'Has it been made obligatory to perform it every year?' To this the Prophet (peace be on him) made no reply. When he inquired for the second time the Prophet (peace be on him) again stayed silent. On being asked for the third time, he said: 'Pity on you! Had I uttered "Yes" in reply to your question, it would have become obligatory to perform it every year. And then you would not have been able to observe it and would have been guilty of disobedience.' (See Bukhari, 'Riqaq', 22; 'Zakah'

In conclusion, Islam is not just a religion but a way a life prescribed by the Creator of the Earth,Who knows what is best for his creations.

There is no single error in the Qur'an when followed accordingly and not just by mere thoughts if humans. To understand the Qur'an you need to seek for the knowledge from trusted scholars lest pple will give different interpretation to what the context of the Qur'an actually means.

Let me write the context out to show you it's not a question of "who's my father or what did you eat yesterday" but a question about faith.
Surah 5:101-102

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَسْأَلُوا عَنْ أَشْيَاءَ إِنْ تُبْدَ لَكُمْ تَسُؤْكُمْ وَإِنْ تَسْأَلُوا عَنْهَا حِينَ يُنَزَّلُ الْقُرْآنُ تُبْدَ لَكُمْ عَفَا اللَّهُ عَنْهَا ۗ وَاللَّهُ غَفُورٌ حَلِيمٌ101 O ye who believe! Ask not of things which, if they were made unto you, would trouble you; but if ye ask of them when the Qur'an is being revealed, they will be made known unto you. Allah pardoneth this, for Allah is Forgiving, Clement.
١٠٢ قَدْ سَأَلَهَا قَوْمٌ مِنْ قَبْلِكُمْ ثُمَّ أَصْبَحُوا بِهَا كَافِرِينَ102 A folk before you asked (for such disclosures) and lost their faith.

1.The verse says that those questions that are forbidden would be revealed to you when the Qur'an is fully revealed. Does the Qur'an tells you who your father and mother is? NO, the question is a theological book and deals with theological questions alone so it's about theological questions. You're not talking to a dummy.
2. Your hadiths never talks about questions that makes you lose your faith, you're the one making things up to cover the error of your Qur'an. The Qur'an is clear that the questions it's talking about is the one that makes you lose your faith. Not a personal question about knowing your biological father as that knowledge doesn't affect your faith.
THIS IS THE CRUX OF THE MATTER, YOUR SCRIPTURES LITERALLY SAID ALLAH HATES THOSE WHO ASK THEOLOGICAL QUESTIONS, NOT QUESTIONS ABOUT WHO GAVE BIRTH TO THEM. IT PLAYED A SIGNIFICANT ROLE IN THE THEOLOGICAL DISCUSSIONS AFTER THE DEATH OF MUHAMMAD. "BELA KAIFA" WHICH MEANS "ACCEPT IT AS IT IS SAID WITHOUT QUESTIONING OR YOU DIE". WHEN ISLAM ENTERED ROMAN EMPIRE AND THE GREEK PHILOSOPHERS STARTED QUESTIONING THE TENET OF ISLAM, WAR SPRUNG UP AND MANY SOULS WERE LOST AS MUSLIMS WERE NOT READY TO ANSWER THEOLOGICAL QUESTIONS ABOUT THE STATUS OF THE QUR'AN, THE QUR'AN IS BELIEVED TO BE UNCREATED AND SEPARATE FROM GOD IN AN ETERNAL TABLET YET IT'S NOT A SEPARATE GOD. MUSLIMS COME UP WITH THE SOLUTION WHICH IS "BELA KHAIFA" "ACCEPT WITHOUT ASKING QUESTION" WHOEVER ASKS QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE DEITY OF THE QUR'AN WAS KILLED.
HERE'S YOUR SCRIPTURE THAT SAYS ALLAH HATES THOSE WHO ASKS THEOLOGICAL QUESTIONS.

The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Allah has forbidden for you, (1) to be undutiful to your mothers, (2) to bury your daughters alive, (3) to not to pay the rights of the others (e.g. charity, etc.) and (4) to beg of men (begging). And Allah has hated for you (1) vain, useless talk, or that you talk too much about others, (2) to ask too many questions, (in disputed religious matters) and (3) to waste the wealth (by extravagance).

YOUR SCRIPTURE SAYS THAT THE QUR'AN IS UNCREATED AND ETERNAL ( NOBODY CREATED IT) SOMETHING THAT'S UNCREATED AND ETERNAL CAN ONLY BE GOD. THAT'S ONE OF GOD'S ATTRIBUTES. YOU BELIEVE YOU HAVE ONE GOD WHO IS ALLAH ALONE AND THE QUR'AN IS NOT GOD BECAUSE HE'S SEPARATE FROM ALLAH IN AN ETERNAL TABLET. WHERE IN YOUR SCRIPTURES DOES IT ANSWER THAT QUESTION?!. you can Google the word "Bi la Kayf and the Mutazilites" to understand where I'm coming from. The reason why many are still in Islam is (i) the law of apostasy (death to whoever leaves Islam) (ii) because Islam does not permit questions about theological matters and tenet, they kill whoever questions the basic foundations of Islam yet they question Christians anyhow from the deity of Christ which is to the triune nature of God.

not really but it is sure that i am chatting with someone who is afraid to have dialogue with someone who didn't learn Islam through google & by seeing other practice it. I am grateful that i am a Muslim today through the mercies of God & i am confident that the Knowledge of islam that i seeked through learning from learned/just scholar has made me know the difference between right & wrong.
