Ishilove:The woman did the right thing the best way she could. Don't take the law into your own hands. A man returned one day found his wife and another man in their bed out of anger he hit the man with hard object and the man died he was arrested and sentenced somehow got out after over 20 years only to find his wife married to his landlord with kids. |

donself9:You are an illiterate it is very obvious. "Beat the rod, and spoil the child" gibberish I am sure that is a reasonable excuse to abuse children. If in 2025 you think the best way to discipline a child is physical abuse it shows how inept, and pathetic you are. I am sure no country beats their children more than us yet we turn out scammers, cultists, corrupts individuals like no other I am sure those guys were not beaten in their childhood. Otondoo. E no go far sha. When you born your own children beat them anyhow you like, with anything from canes, to pure wood, knife and even pressing iron sef. Just don't even as much as slap another's person pikin else anything you use your eyes see collect am like that you hear. Filthy scum |

| Re: My Son’s Ear Affected By Class Teacher’s Repeated Slaps – Mother by Sulele04(m): 8:06pm On Jan 11, 2025 |
BoldBrainz:You are definitely illiterate lol. There is literally zero single evidence that coporal punishment a romantic name for physical abuse has made any child better. Literally zero fact based evidence of such. Meanwhile there are tons of negative effects of such from mental health issues, to terrible parent-child relationships and most deadly of it all physical injuries. But no let's justify it because that is how we where brought up. Proper idiotic reasoning the righteous generation that were brought up on flogging and abuse are the same that are largely responsible for the terrible state Nigeria is now which is a stark contrast to how ideally moralistic they are suppose to be not the so called "morally deficient children of now" animalll. |

Even we parents needs to be taught hw to discipline a child the right way .discipline is important .but there is a code of conduct |

Ishilove:Coward? No! She was probably concerned about the fallout and given her situation, she was doing everything to prevent what later happened: escalation which could cost her job. This woman is a widow for God's sake. You are probably an independent woman with some level of power, you might not understand the vulnerability of women in this category Vulnerability has nothing to do with thisGoing by how the school treated her after video leaked by seizing her phone (despite not being the one who leaked it) and she still refused to implicate them, it was glaring she was protecting her job. That's being vulnerable, I'm just surprised that you didn't see the connection. |

donself9:Your education is definitely a waste though, infact your case should corroborate that good education does not necessarily equate expensive education. I mean see how you turned out, you don't think different from a motor park tout. There is literally no deductive or fact based reasoning in what you type just pure okoto moew gibberish of "na so them take train us oo". Fooolll I am sure it was your type that justified killing of Twins by the Efik tribe after all nah so "out papa dey do" Who gives a Bleep about what "Jesus christ" supposedly do, do everybody subscribe to the same bullshit beliefs as you. I say you be illiterate sef. Infact I am sure you are one of those religious extremists that crucify people on how you think they should leave their life, meanwhile do all sort of terrible things behind close doors. I know your type se. The abroad that you are talking about why don't you go and beat people's kid and claim that you are correcting them make you land for better prison & get child abuse record for your CV. |
| Re: My Son’s Ear Affected By Class Teacher’s Repeated Slaps – Mother by ebenholer2(m): 8:44pm On Jan 11, 2025 |
The truth remains...this child has been suffering this abuse for long due to the mother giving the teacher free hands to discipline her child for being a slow learner while the teachet now took such parental permission to the extreme. The fact of the matter is parents often compare their children with other children and thereby always bitter to see their children not catching up like other children. They thereby ask teachers to beat them till they catch up. |

codemaniacs:Not even for once? That's a lie! I don't beat my kids too but I can't say that I have never raised my hand on them. tribe has something to do with it because the same way people from different religions can't tolerate each other is the same way people from different tribes can't tolerate each other...There is no tribe in Nigeria that doesn't beat their kids, it is a cultural things found in all the tribes in Nigeria with no exception. But you can see few parents across all the tribes that don't fancy beating their kids as a form of correction or discipline |

Sulele04:Don't mind him, the way we were raised has affected most of them. They believed that those beatings and physical abuse made them turned out well. So, they are going to raise their own kids too using the same method. Instead of them to seek knowledge online on how to raise your kids without beatings, even without raising your voice. I'm glad I did some researches on better ways of parenting |

ebenholer2:All the more reason why this mother should be called out for her actions. She works at the school and must have seen violence instigated against other students at the same school before this. Why did it take another stranger recording the video for her to suddenly realize what was wrong? ![]() 2. Did this mother say she was OK with her child getting hit or something? ![]() |
| Re: My Son’s Ear Affected By Class Teacher’s Repeated Slaps – Mother by codemaniacs: 8:55pm On Jan 11, 2025 |
maasoap:it is better to not use your hands to create a medical emergency for yourself and your children by beating them when you can punish them or seize things you bought for them.. As for tribe... you mis-understood me... I meant the teacher was slapping the boy that way because he is a Yoruba boy and she may have hatred towards Yoruba people... |
| Re: My Son’s Ear Affected By Class Teacher’s Repeated Slaps – Mother by maasoap(m): 8:57pm On Jan 11, 2025 |
BoldBrainz:It has, in case you didn't know, I'm serious. Even in public school, any teacher beating students (unlike in this case which is even worse because the kid is very little) is just risking his job and freedom |

| Re: My Son’s Ear Affected By Class Teacher’s Repeated Slaps – Mother by Yadaddy(m): 9:24pm On Jan 11, 2025 |
I guess the school authority would have hid this whole issue hence why she sent the video to her pastor first. Because I don't see any reason why she will have to send it to her pastor first. Can't she confront the teacher herself since they are even colleagues? Or maybe the son's teacher is a bully? If you try this nonsense with my child, even if I cannot beat you, I will hire men to beat shege comot your body. But normally I trust myself, I will tap strength from my child's tears and pains and beat the demon out of you. I can go to jail cos of my child, atleast I will be satisfied that I didn't fail to protect him/her. |
| Re: My Son’s Ear Affected By Class Teacher’s Repeated Slaps – Mother by Kobojunkie: 9:30pm On Jan 11, 2025 |
Yadaddy:Confront the teacher for what exactly? She has video proof of the crime so what would she need to have gotten from the teacher after that? An excuse to make the crime less of the criminal offense that it is? ![]() 2. The teacher assaulted the boy. Of course, that is bullying behavior! ![]() 3. You commit a crime in retaliation to a crime? And then you will wonder why crime has come to be a mainstay in the daily life of Nigerians. 🙄🙄🙄🙄 4. So you teach your child that violence is OK, like many other Nigerians continue to, and then you wonder why even your police think it OK to violently assault all of una, against the very Law they are meant to instead enforce. 🙄🙄🙄🙄 |

Sulele04:lol !! like you were literally shouting, beta check ur bP I dont know what good the society or parent stand to benefit if discipline is abolished , we are in present society where parent hardly have time to monitor or raise there kids, if we serve a deterrence to teachers to the point they fear for there lives to correct a child ... it all coming back to backfire on us i am a product of discipline and No amount of america accent or wokeness you feel can intimidate me. i am africa i am Nigerian and i am fvcking proud of my heritage .. i dont copy copy whites cos i understand "Peculiarity" |
