OGoriola:Do you know Lusada? It's Ogun state though. From Sango-Atan-Lusada/Igbesa road. Just after the Lusada bridge on your way to Agbara. There's a farmercare outlet. You can't miss it. Brightly painted complex on your left. They have a relatively well-stocked shop. Initially an animal farming store, they delved into crop farming supplies about a year ago. You need to know what you want though as the current staff are still learning the ropes with respect to crop farming inputs. |

Please pros in the house, btwn Avenir F1, piquante red F1 and Antillais, which of these varieties should I go for, considering yield and resistance to diseases. |
| Re: 30k Twice A Week From My Pepper Farm by emmaachile2(m): 8:47pm On Jan 16, 2025 |
souldeep:Depends on your location. I have someone with antillas and piquante red f1 regretting now in Warri as it's been priced down at 3000/kg while super Habanero f1 is bought at 5000/kg |

🌱 Affordable Farmland in Ogun State: 5 Things You Must Know Before Buying 🏡 Are you considering buying farmland in Ogun State? Whether for agribusiness, land banking, or estate development, investing in land is a smart move. But before you make that purchase, here are five key things you must know to ensure a smooth transaction. 1️⃣ Location Matters 📍 Not all farmlands are the same! Some are closer to Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, making them ideal for future urban development, while others are more remote and better suited for large-scale farming. Choose based on your goals! 2️⃣ Land Titles & Documentation 📜 Avoid trouble by ensuring the land has the right legal documents—whether it's a C of O, Registered Survey, or Deed of Assignment. Buying untitled land might be cheaper but comes with risks! 3️⃣ Soil & Water Availability 💧 The fertility of the land is crucial! Ogun State offers rich, arable soil and access to water bodies, which is essential for profitable farming. Always inspect the land before buying. 4️⃣ Future Development & Appreciation 🚀 Land in strategic locations appreciates quickly! As industries, estates, and businesses expand into Ogun State, demand for land will skyrocket. Buying now means you can resell at a higher price later! 5️⃣ Pricing & Payment Flexibility 💰 Prices start from ₦600K per acre, with flexible payment plans available. Compared to Lagos, farmland in Ogun is affordable, profitable, and growing in value daily! 📢 Don’t Wait – Invest Now! Foreign investors are buying in bulk, and land prices will only go up. Secure your farmland today before it’s too late! 📞 Call/WhatsApp: 08050482339 | 08162288837 📍 EcoFortune Estate – Turning Land Into Wealth! #FarmlandInvestment #LandForSaleOgun #Agribusiness #LandBanking #RealEstateNigeria #InvestNow |

Happy Sunday farmers. So I have a question farmers. Who has used the black mulching film for their pepper farming before? Does it have a disadvantage over the silver mulch to your habanero? And is the silver one better than it? |
