One of the popular lies used to justify sexual immorality is the obsession with "sexual compatibility." Some argue that they need to sleep with multiple people in their community to identify who they are "sexually compatible" with before marriage.

The truth is, such behavior sets you on a path of endless comparison. Each sexual encounter will differ, leading to constant dissatisfaction and a futile quest for perfection. Even if you find someone who aligns with your sexual fantasies, you may discover that they lack character or other vital qualities, leaving you disappointed and searching for someone else.

This is not God's design for relationships. It’s a destructive way to live.

God, in His infinite wisdom, created sex to be experienced within the covenant of marriage. When both partners keep themselves pure until marriage, particularly as virgins, they are free to explore and enjoy sexual intimacy together without the burden of comparison. They can adjust and grow together, cherishing the uniqueness of their bond.
