Well noted. Thanks for your detailed response

davodyguy:
It's too late to travel on Monday.

You don't have direct interface with Embassy.

Also your passport would go through VFS and this alone would take days.

So send an email to Airline that Yiu may not be able to travel dues to passport. Let's see if you can either cancel of pay for no show.

But learn a lesson. Give 30 days minimum to apply for any visa, whether ATV or regular visa

My next target is Schengen, so I can see my Brother in Switzerland.
He has been there for almost 10 years and has no documents to travel, he will be surprised to see me.
I believe having this SA and UK visa will push my Schengen.
All those my family members inside Europe for years lol, I’ll be bursting them one by one soon.

Let me stop here. I know there's so much poverty in the land and it's has actually affected some people's mentality. However, it's not everyone that's not doing well. Many people are doing legitimate things and are doing well.

I don't know you and I really don't want to.

But be careful of saying nonsense everywhere you go, so you can make it in life

I saw your post on this thread, looking to buy a used UK phone for ₦25,000 and then realised why it's difficult for you to understand that some people are really doing very very well legitimately.

You need to appease the gods, since we were wishing you well and eventually God answered your prayers.

I was reading Psalm 23 on your behalf. 😊

Hello everyone,

I applied for a Standard Visitor Visa, but it was denied. Unfortunately, I lost contact with the person who helped me with the application, and I don't have a copy of the submission.

Now, I've received a job offer with a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) and other documents. My start date is approaching, and I need to apply for a new visa.

Should I:

1. Try to obtain a copy of my previous application from the UKVI?
2. Make a fresh application for a Skilled Worker visa (or relevant category)?

Will my previous denial affect my new application? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

*Additional details:*

- Previous Standard Visitor Visa application was denied
- No copy of previous application available
- New job offer with CoS and other documents
- Urgent start date approaching

Utmost disclosure helps because in the same form, you'll be asked if you've been denied visa before and Yiu have to say yes

So irrespective of you applying for Skilled visa now and visitor before, you must tell them you're denied visa.

Where's the refusal letter?

Since you're going for a job, you shouldn't be applying for visitor visa or are you going as a visitor or to work?

The confusion here is that I don't have access to anything the previous person that help me apply for the Visa filled in the application now I want to do everything by myself so what should I do # Davodyguy, will the new application affect anything he might have filled in the other visitor visa because I am applying for work visa

Yes. I confirmed with the airline. And I confirmed from the gov.uk website. They said I need to apply for a transit visa to pass though the UK border before changing flight at another airport .

It’s only that Giselle that commented on my refusal.
It seems your account is fake because you have been to almost every country…. Is that true?

What did the person claim was the refusal reason?

Because inside the firm, you'll be asked and you must state the reason bro

What happened before may not affect you if you package well, but you must tell them the truth about the reason of refusal
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by IGIG: 1:43pm On Jan 18, 2025
He mentioned unexplained transactions, that was the reason, but I want to ask can I still request for the refuser letter and the application so that I know how to fellow things and can sending them a paid email work out
