Has anyone probably a new driver got their driving licence revoked here, that I can enquire something from.
Whew!
Sounds serious. This is not from personal experience but this link tells you how to appeal
https://www.gov.uk/guidance/learn-why-we-would-revoke-or-suspend-your-licence

If you can, only if you can and without naming anyone, mind sharing what led to this? It will be a good learning point for our community.

I learnt yesterday that His Majesty's Prisons are now sponsoring direct from Nigeria too. Every bit of info helps.

Its hovering around the 15 billion mark as we speak. Mugu no de finish o.
It will be a rugpull, of course with Trump cashing out but every single buyer deserves to lose their money. Every one of them.

When you leave, do you divest your funds in vanguard and buy again in investengine?
Would that not be buying at the top of the market?

I sold out about 35% of my positions, and moved funds into investengine(last week) ......

I have a long term view, bought new mixed bag low cap etf's...... In 12 months from now, I guarantee a 30+% TWRR...... 😁😂

Don't worry, once I see the gofundme pages, when their families in Nigeria insist, they want their person's corpse in Nigeria(without contributing towards it)....

I would DM you the link...... 🔗😂

This decision is yours...... Imagine, you open your portfolio on Monday, and it's now £9.87...... You would regret not selling.......

On the other hand, you're brave enough to hold, each share price, then rises to £245.00per share.......

The decision to buy or sell, is entirely yours..... 😁😂

I am still on Freetrade...... 😁

I still love the ability to buy individual shares...... My T212 would still hold minimal positions, because FT does not always have all stocks available.......

I hope Freetrade offers free SIPP subscription too...... 😜

People plenty wey dey accuse me of jumping ship..... When I see better, I love to share it...... 😁

Are your stocks under stocks and shares as well or do you have any random. I used etoro and now thinking about tax implications later.

I have shutdown my moneyfarm portfolio and selling my positions in T212 & Webull.... Would move most of the funds to investengine SIPP (and go spend some of my portfolio growth in Nigeria next week)...... 😂🤣

I tried shutting down my Freetrade SIPP and move to IE (its about £120 per annum). But IE does not do individual stocks (would monitor position).... 😁
Hehe... enjoy the sunshine. Na 'IJCB' crew dey reign for 9ja now

Why is it only Vanguard they're accepting? Maybe they are targeting their disgruntled customers.

IE is good. Love their app but not keen on moving my SIPP there. Already, I have some ISA, GIA and business investment account with them. Not keen of having it all one one platform.

I'm looking for another platform where I can buy FWRG by Invesco in a SIPP which seems to be the cheapest global index fund with a 0.15% fund fee. HSBC FTSC all world is also decent at 0.13% but doesn't include small caps. I don't do individual stocks oo.. want to sleep with 2 eyes closed. That risky side of me is 'invested' in crypt0
I go siddon dey wait at least £500 switch bonus. T212 wasn't bad for S&S ISA this yr with their 1% cash back

BTW, I have been looking to do some 9ja stocks- searched for a passive fund with weighted large caps- say NSE 30. The ones I stumbled upon in the past all had really high fund fees- usually above 1%. Didn't make sense to proceed. Any ideas?

NSE is not my forte...... I would run 1000 miles away from NSE, big gains only favours big investors..... 😁

IE scored a song, with their free vanguard switch...... 😊

With T212, it's an invest account (ISA did not exist with T212, when it was opened)......

I could not also do a direct switch to ISA, all positions would have to be liquidated and funds placed in ISA (not a good deal)....

I also have an account with etoro, which would also face the firing squad, at some point ...... 😁

Want to streamline my portfolios, as age is catching up on me...... 😁😂

No they don't. Even for EO grade it's only if you work in inner London that they would sponsor. If you are national or outer London, no sponsorship.

P.s: This is for fresh graduates only

Interesting the FCAs response to Starmer's letter on how to stimulate growth was this. I.e loosening mortgage application and affordability bottlenecks so more people could pass checks and be able to borrow. Good idea to stimulate demand and growth only that if not met with good supply of homes, it'd ultimately lead to an increase in house prices just like lots of similar programmes different governments have tried.

Ultimately winners would be those who use the scheme to get on the property ladder before house prices adjust or property owners looking to sell up in the future.
Property prices have been resilient these past years and with interest rates dropping plus other assets performing well, it wouldn't surprise if house prices catch up. For those who can, its worth getting the ladder early.
