Lol. It is indeed funny but let me clarify, shout as in make noise or what?

You're not allowed to "shout", that's contempt of court. However, there are exceptions and it happens in criminal cases (like murder) where the Judge delivers judgement in favour of an accused person to be acquitted. Also happens in election petition when the judgment is given to the victorious party, however the noise eventually dies down.

There is no such thing as harsh judgment. It could be favourable or unfavorable depending on the side you're on (plaintiff or defendant).

Afterwards, the lawyer will say ""As the court pleases" even if he's greatly displeased at the judgment.
