The way a health personnel reacts to what a patient does (whether that patient is right or wrong) is what is scrutinized more. You can obviously see the lady playing subtly into the patient's antics. That alone can merit her a sack.
For example, if a female patient opens up her breast and vagina to seduce a doctor and the doctor acts inappropriately (no matter how innocent or harmless), you think it's the female patient that would get prosecuted? You think that doctor wouldn't lose his licence and get prosecuted? Medicine is even more disciplined than the military.
If you ain't in the health profession to understand how things work, please don't comment senselessly.
