This google? 👇
When someone has any form of stroke (be it TIA, ischaemic, or hemorrhagic), there's an accompanying alteration of the mental status, meaning person will not be aware of what happened. But when the person eventually recovers even if partially (if they do), they suddenly become fully aware of the paralyzed state they are in. Only the people around them witness the events accompanying the stroke -- collapsing, slurred speech, etc.

So, no matter the type of stroke, even in TIA (called "mini strokes"wink there are ALWAYS signs that are visible to whoever is around. Yes, the person himself won't be aware. That's what I meant by "a stroke can never go unnoticed".

As for the source you posted, it's not giving you the accurate information by the way. It's saying you can have silent strokes and not notice as if there are certain strokes that you will notice when you're having them. There's no stroke that leaves you fully aware when it strikes. You can only become aware of its after-effects -- and that's for those who ever regain enough consciousness for that.

PS. Please, for God's sake, always avoid the "AI overview" when using Google. The feature often generates answers that are not correct. See the attached screenshot for the contradiction to what it showed you earlier.

Not all strokes results in paralysis. Not all strokes manifest ALL symptoms. Emotional outbursts and mental confusion can be mistaken for tiredness. Headache can be a sign of a stroke but is also a sign of other medical conditions.

It's nasty. What's more is that a lot of people have ischemic or mini strokes without even realising it.
Here's my comment again. I didn't say there's no symptom. I said they don't realise it.

Make I use pidgin explain abi how we wan do dis your mata now? 😄

There is still a lot we don't know about the human brain and perhaps we may never be able to comprehend just how complex it is. I read of a particular incident where while recovering from a traumatic brain injury, the patient spontaneously started speaking a language he had never spoken before and he could even understand that language.

In another shocking incident that happened in the early 1900's, a young serial killer who had killed about 13 people already pleaded upon his capture, that the authorities should take a look at his brain after putting him to death. Sure enough during the autopsy, an examination of his brain revealed a tumor the size of a small egg that was exerting pressure on the area of his brain responsible for emotions and impulse control.

In another, a young man recovering from TBI after a bike accident, became a math genius and was solving some of the most complex math problems presented to him. The reason why this is shocking is that before his TBI, he was a practical dullard in school and was a few IQ points removed from a mo(r)on.

Our brains are so complex that any anaesthesiologist will tell you that they know that the drugs they use to put people to sleep for surgery works but they don't know the exact mechanism of action involved.

Or that people who have been known to have entire hemispheres of their brains removed, over time develop in the hemisphere left, areas that control and restore the physical functions lost when the original controlling hemisphere was removed.

This small mass that we carry in our heads, is the seat of thought, the source of consciousness and is who we are.
You have a lot of interesting points.
At least, you should have corroborated it with sources.
I would like to get your view about that small mass.
It seems it has more functions than we are aware of.

You chose the worst examples that buttress your point.

The footballer started speaking Spanish
The other guy started speaking French.

And you think the reason given for the first case of the Italian accent suffice!?

There is a lot we don't know about even with our science. Can you explain how inorganic chemicals arranged themselves to acquire consciousness?
Did the laws of Logic occur before or after intelligent live came into existence.

It is wise to know that there is a BIG gulf of Gap in Knowledge that Science can never FILL
I think he was referring to the doubting Thomases who never bothered to find out if there has been a previous report of such occurrence .

Okay!
I assumed he was saying they are ignorant of the purely scientific explanations behind these occurrences

We are advance computers, or should I say AI.
We run on electricity and our brain is hard drive.
Just like hard drive or electrical appliances/gadget... When there's an impact, they all go haywire.

That's what our brain is. Our brain is loaded with everything in the universe, it's just that our makers put restrictions to what we can have access to.

We're living hard drive taking information to somewhere, the earth is our transportational machines, hence the earth is blazing through space heading towards somewhere.

Procreation is the most important thing to nature, else we will die out and those information lost.

Why the generalization?

The quality of basic education in Nigeria is the cause.

Wouldn't it be safe at this point to attribute various accents to speech centre disorder at various levels?. At least we now know where to tweak to produce the Italian variation and should be able to replicate this by a "DAMAGE" at that spot....just like various holes on a flute to produce varying melodies.

Brilliant me !!!🤪😜
