yes, they're real ticket. i add a promocode so I bought it but it was discounted. (50%). and yes it is in her name, all her info and the ticket is dated to return on 1oth of june. 3 month before her visa expiry date.
giselle237:
Gifted in what way?
Is it a confirmed ticket? Is it in her name?
Is it a fully usable ticket, like if she were asked to go back to Nigeria tomorrow- can that ticket be utilised that tomorrow? Ask yourself some serious questions.

Dont quote me out of context or make up what I did not say

N2million gross per month is N24million per year.

30% of that money should go for tax

Summary
If you make ₦24,000,000 a year living in Nigeria, you will be taxed ₦7,467,200. That means that your net pay will be ₦16,532,800 per year, or ₦1,377,733 per month. Your average tax rate is 31.1% and your marginal tax rate is 32.0%. This marginal tax rate means that your immediate additional income will be taxed at this rate. For instance, an increase of ₦100 in your salary will be taxed ₦31.98, hence, your net pay will only increase by ₦68.02.

choice is yours.
“With what you said you earn, your annual tax should not be less than ₦1million if you're to be properly assessed.”
I’m not taking you out of context or making what you didn’t say,
I just included the advice you gave me which I wholeheartedly appreciated, neither did I relay it in a negative way, please don’t turn me into a liar in a public forum.
Thanks for your advice once again

My visa was denied yesterday, because of CAC is inactive, and do they normally check the tax payment, like exactly amount .

my CAC was active when I submitted the application, I don’t know why it was inactive, but I’ve corrected it today, and is active now, is only that I don’t know UK embassy normally check TAX return payment

I know few people who got rejected just because of this CAC.
9ja govt needs to do more on CAC.

My advice was on the premise of what you earn.

If you earn so much, then you should pay so much, which is about 1/3 or what you earn. That's how it is in most countries in the world.

But if you have have ₦300,000 per annum, it's simple.

You can walk up to any LIRS tax station, they would help you produce 3 years tax clearance

2022 ₦300,000
2023 ₦300,000
2024 ₦300,000

They would gladly jump at this offer, because it would help them meet their target given to them by the government.

I just like helping people, I don't know why, may be because if my background and upbringing, reason I always breakdown posts in very lengthy fashion, so you can easily understand

I sell gadgets too, I haven't paid tax for once but I have a tin certificate and I pay my annual returns to CAC, and I have gotten approved 2ce.

giselle237:
Ukvi will not deny you and state the reason is because you are paying insufficient ties to Inland Revenue of Nigeria, that’s not their business. Try and work on your ties to Nigeria and close ALL possible loopholes for a denial.

Good morning house pls I need clarity on a few things for visiting visa application.
1. Can the details of activities in my bank statement/account be explained in the space provided for additional support information or do I need to write a separate cover letter and attach?

2. The applicant is unemployed but stated a a yearly income from gifts and allowances by family/friends and other avenues as 1.5m yearly and monthly expenditure as 75k. Is this suitable?

3. Does my stated date of entry and exit affect the granting and overall tenure of the Visa. Eg can I state a date span of just 1 month stay even though it might not be exact

Thank you in anticipation of your responses.

Reapply in 8 months

Use your salary account simply for salaries

This January let there be a balance of ₦5m plus in the account as opening balance

Then throughout February, don't let any other money enter that account, look for another account to receive other deposit. Spend only ₦700,000 in entire 27 days of February.

Then collect February salary and in March, spend only 700,000 and don't let any other money enter that account.

Do these until July ending, then apply in August, 2025
hello Goodday. this might be a generic question but pls if i earn 750k a month, do they consider a 150k expenditure realistic. i actually spend less than that but from your explanation they want our finances to sound right and straightforward. thank you.

VISIT VISA ALERT!!!

Thank God, we did it in the end! I truly appreciate Providus Bank for standing by me during this challenging time and thanks to you all.

Yes, I initially received a 10-year ban due to a mistake by the embassy, where they wrongly flagged my document as false. However, Providus Bank stepped in, verified my details, and confirmed that I am their customer with a legitimate bank statement. Their intervention helped set things right.

My Visa Journey:
• Biometric Submission: 10th December 2024
• Further Document Verification Request: 10th January 2025
• Rejection & 10-Year Ban Notification: 29th January 2025
• Passport Collection Notification: 5th February 2025

Upon receiving my passport, I noticed two visas one was canceled with a red pen (likely when the ban was issued), and after my bank intervened, a new visa was granted.

All thanks to God and a big thank you to Providus Bank for their support!

Well, it depends

If you have a small family size and less dependents or still single, then you're in order but a large family and you claim to spend only ₦150,000 per month, not realistic.

In some houses, they spend ₦100,000 weekly on food alone and we have 4 weeks

Congratulations.

Providus is one of the best banks in Nigeria.

I started dealing with them since year 2010 then they're United Mortgages.

They later moved from being a PMI to DMB.

Now, they're one of the top 10 banks in Nigeria.

The wife of the owner is the owner of Northwest Petroleum (Mrs Akpani). Northwest is also doing very well

Thank you for your help and the vital information you have shared.

Please, if I want to apply for priority processing of my application, at what point would I make the request and pay?

Best wishes,

Try this link: https://visas-immigration.service.gov.uk/applicationInProgressWarning/visit-visa-ooc-standard

Please ensure you get an invitation letter from the UK government agency (your sponsor) clearly articulating why you'll be visiting the UK and the purpose of the meeting.

Regarding your last question, I’m not a visa officer, so I can’t say for certain whether the visa will be approved within 15 days. Honestly, it depends on the specific application. Some applications are more complex or may require additional background checks, which could extend the processing time beyond 15 days. However, in most cases, decisions are typically made within a 15-day period.

Hi guys.
Good evening. Kindly help with this issue I'm experiencing with VFS global.

I made payment for their premium service on Wednesday but it showed an error occurred while processing your payment.
I retried it this evening and it's saying the same thing again.

Anyone know how I can request for refund and how to make payment without the same issue.

Thank you
