Last night my aunty called and asked why I didn't thank her for the money she sent.. I was confused on hearing that.

It turned out that she sent 30k to my cousin.. he senior me with 4 or 5 yesrs.. maybe he's around 25.

When I went to his house and confronted him in the evening.. he said ATM debited him but refused to pay him that he had filed complain in bank.. I believed him sef

But after doing my investigation.. I found out that this guy use the money to play visual football.

Pls how can I arrest this eediot? The guy doesn't have any property.. 2022 he sold my bicycle and claimed it got stolen from him.
