Bolanle200:Is your husband applying from Ireland? If he is, he needs to use a lot of the job ad sites and continue to send applications, while hoping for success. If he’s outside Ireland and applying for finance roles, that will be very difficult, honestly. Because they would have to prove they can’t find anyone in EU before recruiting a non-EU citizen. Specialized IT professionals and medical doctors have more advantage. But he should continue to apply. |
