Good evening. Kindly help with this issue I'm experiencing with VFS global.

I made payment for their premium service on Wednesday but it showed an error occurred while processing your payment.
I retried it this evening and it's saying the same thing again.

Anyone know how I can request for refund and how to make payment without the same issue.

Where do I upload copy of travel passport? What I see here are proof of application, Evidence of education, Accommodation, medical information, financial evidence, life events, sponsor, other and, proof of business.

Also, what should I upload under proof of application? VAF or the documents checklist.

Good afternoon.

You can upload a completed copy of your Visa Application Form under 'Proof of Application', then a copy of your passport's biodata page under 'Other'. Please just ensure all documents which will help support your case are uploaded, so UKVI doesn't have to contact you for additional documents/information, or even worse reject your application for missing documentation/information.

Upload your passport data page under the Proof of Application. Your checklist can go under the same section, but it's not necessary you upload.

It is the same appointment letter I used for biometrics I am suppose to give to the 3rd party? because they requested for an appointment letter.
I already know about the consent letter, a copy of my passport data page and the representative providing his international passport.
