GboyegaD:U r right. Still things have to make a bit of sense. Even things like tea and bread, akara and akamu, even rice and stew, are served on separate plates

GboyegaD:So you have to guage it And if you need extra fufu it is dropped inside the ewedu instead of have it come in a separate plate? |
| Re: Cook In Your Kitchen, Take Pictures And Post It Here. SIMPLE! by GboyegaD(m): 7:26pm On Feb 13, 2025 |
Wouldn't take extra. If I think i should be full and I'm not, will rather take something else, maybe a snack or yogurt. |
| Re: Cook In Your Kitchen, Take Pictures And Post It Here. SIMPLE! by DaddyCoool(f): 7:35pm On Feb 13, 2025 |
GboyegaD:Wow, you have self discipline o. Me, if I want fufu, I want fufu till I'm full, not no yogurt! |

DaddyCoool:We try not to make excess food so whoever needs more can always find something in the fridge or some fruits to eat. It buoys down to what works for each home. |

| Re: Cook In Your Kitchen, Take Pictures And Post It Here. SIMPLE! by DaddyCoool(f): 10:41pm On Feb 13, 2025 |
Reggzy:I said from begining I have no problem whatsoever with putting fufu in same plate as soup, I'm just convinced there has to be a logic behind it that I'm missing |

DaddyCoool:You put your swallow on top or by the side, I can do that perfectly well. My DH will pour the soup on top of the swallow. In fact, he will open up the swallow like opening rice you want to cool down and pour it in there. Either with fork or spoon. Asked him where he learnt that from, said nowhere, makes it easier for him. He doesn't mould. Cut it like he is eating rice and chew. Soup will be inside soup bowl, if he want more, he will pour it in. If he has finished the soup and swallow still dey, he will just chew it like that. We just mind our biz and let him do his stuff. But I must say at first, I was shocked beyond words. Who does that ![]() |
