Its not a setback for Fubara, but a win win for him, these cases would drag till 2027, moreover there is not case at the supreme court for the defection of the 27 committee of friends.

There's no such case at the Supreme Court. Check your records. The remaining 4 cases with the Supreme Court, has nothing to do with the defection of the 27 lawmakers.. This is the first time, the matter of their defection is about to be treated by a Federal High Court.
