In court today, our lawyers filed a counter affidavit, stating that a similar matter is already before the Supreme Court for judgment. However, the lawyers representing Opobo Judas argued that the judge should proceed with the case. In his wisdom, the judge ruled that he cannot assume powers or share jurisdiction with the Supreme Court. Consequently, he adjourned the case to April 30, 2025. Once the Supreme Court delivers its judgment, all related matters will naturally come to an end.

Noblechykk:Why must he struck it out?. He did the noble thing of adjourning the case pending SC Judgement. The SC might ask them to go back to the high court. |

Noblechykk:How can he strike it out when there is no ruling yet. The judge can only strike it out if notified of the supreme Court judgement. Adjourning the matter is to allow for the supreme Court judgement. If the supreme Court has ruled b4 the adjourned date, the judge will strike it out or dismiss the suit |

alcaptainero:There's no such case at the Supreme Court. Check your records. The remaining 4 cases with the Supreme Court, has nothing to do with the defection of the 27 lawmakers.. This is the first time, the matter of their defection is about to be treated by a Federal High Court. Stop deceiving yourself with this post. |

alcaptainero:Its not a setback for Fubara, but a win win for him, these cases would drag till 2027, moreover there is not case at the supreme court for the defection of the 27 committee of friends. |

gare:Are you sure the case is not in supreme Court? Then why was the case adjourned to April 30? Someone will give you correct news but you will discredited it without providing the correct news. |
