For your information that is what Jesus' teaching will achieve throughout the earth making us WITNESSES of the fact that the Prince of Peace has walked this planet and established peace among his disciples! Act 1:8

It's these people from the nations who responded to the call for peace by Jesus' disciples that verse 4 is referring to not all the inhabitants of the earth otherwise there can't be any destruction if the entire inheritants of the earth responded to the call from the Prince of Peace!

In the publication, Isaiah 2.2-4 was qouted as a time when there will be no more war, poverty, sickness, injustice, hatred, intolerance, unemployment, crime, unhappiness, death.
So from that, you should know that the days of Isaiah 2. 2-4 are not now.
