According to Malachi 4:5 Elijah will come before the Christ so after seeing Elijah during the transfigoration Peter and his friends asked Jesus "if you are the Christ, how come the scribes say Elijah must come first?"
Jesus said Elijah has come but people failed to recognize him {Matthew 17:12} in another setting Jesus explicitly said John the baptist is the expected Elijah! Matthew 11:14

Where is that written in the Old Testament?

Because it's not written anywhere in the Old Testament most Jews back then disagreed with Jesus.

So if anyone is expecting word for word what people believe in the Bible it's the most stupid question ever what we need is activities backing it because it can't work without the Active Force of God: Holy Spirit!

Which of the thousands do you believe is practicing what Jesus taught?

I believe it's only Jehovah's Witnesses!

So far all those coming in here none has established any form of teaching that is better than what Jehovah's Witnesses have.

Each is just arguing aimlessly, the last one said he wants to show the doctrine of Jesus Christ as written in scriptures ok which church is practicing it?

There is no sense arguing when there are thousands of different religions with contradicting teachings and conflicting doctrines all claiming believers in Christ so the best thing to do is PRESENT the church that's practicing what you believe for everyone to SEE the WORKS of your faith!

I had this argument recently with a jw and he showed me some bible verses that angel Michael is Jesus Christ. I must confess this guy almost won me and over with his argument. So I want to ask, can anyone bring out bible verses to refute this claim.

The passage above clearly distinguishes Jesus from Angels.

Angels were created but Jesus is the creator.

Angels don't accept worship but Jesus accepts worship. Angels worship Jesus.

Angels are servants but Jesus is God’s first born child from the dead.
