Bin Laden was supported by the majority of folks here until it was obvious we were not making any progress with him as coach/manager after he had the chance to bring in his players. The same can not be said of Amorim; he has not had the chance to bring in his own players, so I am not going to throw him under the bus yet. I am not sold on the new manager bounce that flatters to deceive so I advise we exercise patience until next season...

Manager bounce or not, we are talking about reality bruh. The people that sacked ETH did so on the basis that our league position and performance was unacceptable and the squad output compared to the quality is negative.

They believed the season was salvageable and therefore appointed a new coach instead of an interim to oversee the season. Now after 3 months we are worse off than when we made the appointment, Manchester United Football Club sitting 15th in the league in February. 4 wins in the league after 15 games is relegation form, infact that we're not in relegation battle now is because of the points ETH won before he got sacked.

Just think of the above and tell me you're comfortable with it and which top club will tolerate such. As bad as Liverpool were in their banter years or Arsenal, did they sink to such lows?

When you have good players, you can sack managers and see results. Liverpool is an example.

Not true. If we are lucky with the next manager, we will at least make top 8, and then improve from there. Don’t discount the fact that these players are better than the current league position suggests. Even Moyes is making Everton look like a top 10 team.

If Ten Hag had only 4 wins in his first 15 league matches and got sacked, it will be deserved but he didn't. ETH also met his own dross in the first season and finished 3rd with a trophy.
