Just that I've never seen your presence here and I view more 10 times a day.

Truth is I didn't expect and I just don't know why.

Or is it because you are mostly on engaging affairs? I don't know even.

I am not undermining culinary skills though. This is an art and I cherish it more.

Dinner:

Realized there was some of the white soup from last week in the freezer. Ate my Pounded yam with it.

Long time no rice.

Lunch is served.
White rice and fish stew with boiled egg and some cucumbers

Beans and plantain. Tried making agoyin sauce and i will say I tried. Hopefully, I will get the deep dark sauce the next time.

The dark sauce is made with dried pepper seeds (ata gbigbe)

You fry your onion first, before you go in with the blended pepper seeds, onion and ginger. Blend with little water.

Thank you for the recipe. I did the same mixing the dry pepper with fresh bell peppers. I think the dry pepper they use is the red one but the one i have is the Mexican chili which isn't red. I guess I will try use the red dry pepper when next but I still have some of the sauce left.

Yes, there is. In air frying, you don't use much oil except for coating what you want to fry and air spray can help you achieve that. In normal frying, you fry it in the oil and it can take up much oil.

May be you were eating the eyes and thinking about the real eyes of the goat uncooked and still plugged in the socket.

I have never liked meat anyway. I would not say I despise people who eat meat but I just dont find it easy on the eyes.

Wow at the bold.

I don't know how people manage not to like or eat animal protein. But what makes us human; choices.

You might even be tasting meat but not often since you don't like it. But Gandhi till he died in 90s of age, never knew how meat tasted. But his was purely religious.

Next time, puncture the eyes before cooking. You don't cook eyes rounded.

Then give it a try again.
