The two workplace issues I have had in life which stemmed from insignificant stuffs were spearheaded by women.
First case was in FMC, Owerri many years ago.
2nd Case was in Mayo clinic USA.

I'm sorry to say but I fear women like plagues.
I ensure I keep a healthy distance from them, whether old and dying, elderly, middle age and newborn. I have daughters and I train them each day never to be vindictive. I'm raising them to be philosophers & critical thinkers.
They must be rational in thinking and not always assertive and resolute in decision-making. They must consider differentials in their reasoning and not always straightforward.

The worst a female gender can say to tarnish one image is sexual harassment. Avoid random females at all cost because they brought down many males from the time not memorable.

There was this story that happen in an office close to mine. The man has just 7 months to retire and get his gratuity and all benefits.

There is this girl in his office that they were very close. They play all sorts of play. No one knows if they were knacking themselves but they were very close. The man dey playfully touch her boobs and ass for office , na normal thing for them, she took dey play sexual play with the man. This has been going on for years ooo and everyone knows.

One morning , the man playfully touch the girl ass as usual, na so the girl change am for the man o. Before you know it she don escalate sexual harassment to head office, before you know it HR don send the man mail ooo before you know it them don sack the man o.

All benefits and gratuitiy gone to the mud after working for almost 30 years. The total amount the man was suppose to be paid was abt 60 to 70m na so them sack the man with nothing o.

Even me whey no dey work for them office whey just be their neighbour, I know say the girl and the man dey very close.

That how the man lost everything and went home empty handed.

Flee from having any sexual relationship with any woman in your place of work, it is very risky and dangerous. Women are too emotional, if you offend than, they can bring you down in just one mins without even thinking it twice.
