I Survived Yesterday by Nnamdipapa(op): 3:20pm On Feb 28, 2025
So I decided to go on a three-day water fasting starting from yesterday. I only had water and nothing else, and believe me when I tell you that I feel so good. My mental clarity and focus increased, and I slept like a baby last night.

My goal is to let my body burn all the carbs for energy and afterwards enter ketosis.

I also incorporated a one-hour walk every morning since yesterday. I was shocked when I saw a guy who fared for more than 50 days.

I am very energetic and not hungry. After my fasting, I am changing to a carnivore diet. I will never touch high carbs food like rice, beans, bread, pop, and I am cutting out sugar 100%, including natural sugars from food like bananas.

It is going to be meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, and water, and I plan to start eating once a day.

I plan to cut cravings for any kind of snack, and I must get my six-pack this December.

Since I started, my focus and productivity have improved drastically, and I am loving myself as I am staring to learn programming and machine language for a side hobby and need all the focus.

Your life is in your hands and you can acheive anything you set your mind to do.

I'm currently on OMAD (One meal a day) fasting and it's been running for a month. All I can say is that I don't ever want to go back to eating 2 or 3 square meal a day again

Our body was never designed for three meals a day. It was a myth and a lie. Breakfast is not the best meal of the day, that was also another lie from the multi-billion food industries.

I couldn't agree more. I hope to advance more into 2 to 3 days fasting gradually. Currently reading about autophagy
