People are only speculating (perhaps correctly) but why cant he come out and say so himself? FYI obeying an illegal order is no excuse in the military or in the civilian courts. In factby training, soldiers are obligated and duty bound to disobey illegal orders. Al mustapha was freed because the appelate court determined that the case was not proved beyond reasonable doubt at the lower court.
