Tonytonex:Lols, if you dont play your games well too or you got a selfish woman as a wife, she will likely make your kids think you are not productive and gain their emotions. So a Man must be a Man in his home inorder to have a successful marriage after some years... And while running around for our families, let us Men, take good care of ourselves as well... Also try to build relationships, select good friends around you, and build your empire from there... Life is a bit soft with good friends abeg... Is not easy as well but those that know their God,they will always see the difference... |

10thTenthMan:The man doesn't have any issues with the apartment. He is even happy. But the woman is the one that will scatter everything atlast. She may agree to manage with him,but if he doesn't upgrade she will start misbehaving, that's the nature of women. |

No problem with that, a woman who loves will accept to stay with you in this room. |

Okay. The salary in the north is paid according to their price of commodities. Their goods are cheaper there, so no need for higher incomes because they can still afford to buy foodstuff and goods with it. Here in the south, your salary depends on your qualifications, department in the job and if the company is large enough to pay big sums of salary. Low pay is a norm here too. Tonytonex: |

Why not. You think the men posting mansions now were like that 30 years ago? Imagine a girl from a slum wanting to live in a mansion overnight, if she could endure her father mud house why cant she enjoy your single room?

You are good to go. Get married. Probably have your first kid here but stay focused on getting your own building. I have colleagues that rented plush apartments, paying huge sums as rent. They earn good money but many of them still do not own personal property (house) after years. Meanwhile, house rental cost keep skyrocketing. In some places, it cost up to 4m per yearly for a 3br flat. Let no one tell you Mowe, Ikorodu etc is backward that you should aim at getting property at better locations. If you get a property in Ikorodu, Mowe etc today, it doesn't stop your from relocating when your finances improve. A woman ready to marry you in one room will appreciate you more when you eventually make her a landlady. Today I often jokingly call my wife landlady because I know how we started. Go with your plans man, and may God be with you all the way. |

Goodmarlian:It's good to think of starting a family early. But sharing a toilet and bathroom with the security man and you wanna get married? Will your wife also be sharing that toilet with the security man? You better think twice before you go get case of security man bumping unto madam in the toilet and ... Good luck making a decision. |

Na how you hurry enter you go hurry comot, you're just getting your sh!t together and you want to dive headfirst into a storm? Marriage isn't a bed of roses, rich people dey divorce wetin come be you wey still dey struggle, You're in a single room for God sake, why you dey even allow marriage cross your mind, it baffles me, if I were you I'd Concentrate on doubling my hustle and becoming comfortable to a great extent before thinking of marriage, marriage use to be an achievement but not these days again, if you like go put yourself for prison in the name of getting married, I no know wetin dey chase you. |
