Truthfully, I don't care what you expected. I posted to correct the misinformation that you posted here. I'm on firm scientific ground, you are not.
Don't be that person.
The information is free. Google it.
There are tons of peer reviewed studies on water diets/fasting and how much weight people lose.
Here is one: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8951503/
If reading/understanding them is what is giving you a hard time that you need Reddit to filter them for you, there are also tons of articles discussing these studies and even more articles discussing why people initially can/do lose so much weight.
Here is snippet of an article discussion one study: (And in this study there was an average weight loss amongst the participants of 5.7kg for a week or ~12.56 pounds in 7 days). I'm not derailing the thread further on this. Spend some more time reading and less calling people liars because you are uninformed.
I stand corrected.
Our results advance our understanding of prolonged fasting in humans beyond a merely energy-centric adaptions towards a systemic response that can inform targeted therapeutic modulation.
https://www.nature.com/articles/s42255-024-01008-9
Researchers followed 12 healthy volunteers taking part in a seven-day water-only fast. The volunteers were monitored closely on a daily basis to record changes in the levels of around 3,000 proteins in their blood before, during, and after the fast. By identifying which proteins are involved in the body’s response, the researchers could then predict potential health outcomes of prolonged fasting by integrating genetic information from large-scale studies.

As expected, the researchers observed the body switching energy sources – from glucose to fat stored in the body – within the first two or three days of fasting. The volunteers lost an average of 5.7 kg of both fat mass and lean mass. After three days of eating after fasting, the weight stayed off – the loss of lean was almost completely reversed, but the fat mass stayed off.

Sure, I created a thread in the health section to discuss more on this topic.

I have lots of remarkable results to share, My goals were; weight loss, improved energy and productivity, I wanted to build muscles hence needed lots of natural protein intakes, I wanted to boost my testosterone and overral, I wanted to be very healthy.
It is my day 7 on the diet and I have so much energy walk 2hours every morning, I lost 10lbs, and aiming to get to the lower threshold of my BMI.
I have crisp mental clarity I never had the past 15 years. I stopped my type 2 diabetes medications, my blood pressure normalized, my energy is through the roof, I lost my sleep apnea and never have to sleep with melatonin.
This is just withing 7 days.
Amazing results

I saw this ramen and liked it. Want to replicate it with chicken broth. Takes more than 4 hours to make unless you don't start from scratch and it's more than 1000 calories ni shocked. I think it's because they used pork broth and fat.
One no go belle ful me na grin

But it looks very rich. Maybe, I will use substitutes.

Standing ovation.
Keep it up.
Sugar laden food is the worst form of food to consume and very addictive. Poor choices of food, poor health.

More addictive than drugs and kpekus.

Add veggies too to balance it up.

Wish I can do that honestly.

To lose even 1lb of weight per day, one has to burn approximately 4500 calories every single day, this is not counting the food your body needs daily to operate, which is approximately 1000-1200 calories. lipsrsealed

✓ Walking 2 hours, you will burn approximately 350 calories(walking up steep inclines for extended period assumed).
✓ That platter you have there with 5 eggs, 1 avocado, and beef looks like it could be a total of 1000 calories.

How you want make we come believe say you loose even 0.3 lbs a day let alone 1.3 lbs per day for the past 7 days? No be juju be that? undecided
You love argument.
Haba.

Botragelad:
It appears you're living in a bit of a fantasy world. This disconnect from reality could be a symptom of a deeper psychological issue, maybe related to cognitive dissonance or a spot of distorted self-perception.

Your tendency to steal online food images and pass them off as your own tells me a lot. This behaviour is likely an attempt to mitigate feelings of inadequacy or deprivation, possibly coming from poverty. Something you can not afford but you wish you could.

By stealing these images, you try so hard to bolster your self esteem or project a more favourable image to others on here, more like putting on a brave face or keeping up appearances. Tell you what, this is not doing you any favours in the long run.

Now, fact that you persist in this behaviour despite repeated confrontation from folks on here is a sign of your narcissistic tendency, wherein your need for self-aggrandisement supersedes your ability to acknowledge and learn from criticism.

Who knows, might be your coping mechanism which allows you to temporarily escape from feelings of low self-worth or anxiety.
Have you ever considered self-reflection? Yoga? Understand the reason behind your actions.
😂😂😂😂😂
