https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=elXb_8x_dX4?si=63kMw4WrEINoxBr- This is exactly what Stephen A said. How is this disrespectful. I love LeBron but some LeBron fans just want to ride his dick on any matter even when he's in the wrong. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 6:21pm On Mar 09, 2025 |
etidy:Yea, let's give the same amount of scrutiny to a no. 55 pick as we'd give to no. 2 picks And Stephen A has criticized Bronny a lot of times, even going as far as stating what he averages for the season. Have you been under a rock? If Stephen A wants to criticise LeBron for using his powers to draft Bronny, he should come out and say so. He's been on record so many times saying he has no problem with it. In fact, he applauds it. So your point about LeBron doing everything within his power to play with his son is moot, because Stephen A doesn't have a problem with that. What Stephen A does when it pertains Bronny is what the random LeBron hater on social media does. That feels a little corny. Have you ever seen Mike Wilburn or Tony Kornheiser or Chris Brussard talk about Bronny in that manner? It's only the hatters in the media who do that. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 6:23pm On Mar 09, 2025 |
etidy:Lol. Stephen A is more tamed on the Stephen A smith show than on First Take. That's all I got to say ![]() |
| Re: The NBA Begins by etidy: 6:37pm On Mar 09, 2025 |
steady986:Actually it's the opposite, he has more leeway on the Stephen A Smith show. I dare you to post one video where Stephen a unfairly spoke about Bronny. Trust me you won't find one. LeBron is just being sensitive. |

Stating a player's stats is a statement of fact. That by itself isn't a criticism. steady986: |

Underrate OKC at your own peril |

benji93:Stating player stats for the no. 55th pick. Now tell me which other late picks in NBA history he has stated their stats. Oh, the answer is none. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by benji93: 12:39am On Mar 10, 2025 |
Le(4-6)fans dey too emotional and too get strong head. A 55th pick is an NBA player if he is in the NBA. Tell us what Stephen A criticized Bronny for. Stating his stats again is not criticism. While you try to gather that, show me which other late pick had Lebron James as their father. Ofcourse the context was his father. His father forced him into the NBA by hook or crook. steady986: |

Any record to help his case matters, including creating the first Father-and-son-with-an-NBA-contract narrative. Another feather on his 'longevity' cap. Man played long enough to see his Son drafted. bla bla bla steady986: |
| Re: The NBA Begins by birdman(m): 3:36am On Mar 10, 2025 |
etidy:Once he brought fatherhood into it, emotions will take over. I felt this was a bonehead move by Lebron and Lakers as well, but if you check my posts, I struggled mightily to convey my feelings on it. Primarily because there is a set of emotions that father-son matters brings to the table. If a nobody on the internet like me had trouble talking about the father son thing, SAS had to know better, that it was going to bring all the smoke to him. If I didnt have a son now playing sports, I honestly would not understand the emotional energy either. I dont think Lebron is really mad at SAS though, its just the type of pushback energy you SHOULD get from any father. Someone just needs to get the 2 together, squash it and move on. |

steady986:And they are not playing, they don't get minutes. Bronny get minutes. Big difference. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by greypencils: 7:22am On Mar 10, 2025*. Modified: 7:44am On Mar 10, 2025 |
steady986:Which 55th pick has played 15 minutes in an NBA game? A televised one for that matter? Which 55th pick has played in Q1? It's Ok to play 15 minutes but not OK to look at your stats? How na? Y'all can argue this one North to South but the truth is still going to bite you in the arse. There are people more qualified to be in the NBA than Bronny. QED. |

benji93:If Stephen A has a problem with LeBron getting his son into the league, he should clearly state it |
| Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 8:29am On Mar 10, 2025 |
greypencils:Bronny gets minutes where? |
| Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 8:36am On Mar 10, 2025 |
greypencils:Ariel Hukporti is the 58th pick. In 3 of the last 10 games for the Knicks, he played 16, 17 and 19 minutes. He also has played 30 minutes in a game this season. He's averaging 8.7 minutes per game. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by greypencils: 8:48am On Mar 10, 2025 |
steady986:And what are his stats? Like Bronny's? Dey go the merry go round, na you go tire. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by greypencils: 9:08am On Mar 10, 2025 |
steady986:15 minutes na wetin? |
| Re: The NBA Begins by liveLongNprospa(m): 11:48am On Mar 10, 2025 |
greypencils:You asked a question, you got answers.. Now you are asking for his stats? Why you nor mention am earlier? |

LeBron fans have prolly the craziest gag reflex I’ve ever seen. He can literally do no wrong and his actions never have consequences They’ve given you all the facts as to the major role your goat played in this but you intentionally blinded your eyes to it. If LeBron didn’t tell the world his son was better than half the league or that anyone who wants to sign him should draft his son, would we be here? You think if Bron wasn’t playing for an NBA team rn, his son would be drafted? Yet, anyone who states this is attacking his son. Make una leave small for Savannah abeg |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Ridwan1821: 9:28pm On Mar 10, 2025 |
No comment about how Shai and his Thunders blew Jokic's Nuggets out yesterday. Seems y'all are more interested in LeBron and Bronny. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 10:30pm On Mar 11, 2025 |
Jokic really should be MVP but it's cool let SGA get some shine Hope Kendrick can see my boy Jamal back to cooking and entering postseason form |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 11:10pm On Mar 11, 2025 |
A40:Jokic has hacked the game. The amazing thing is that he does it so naturally and easy. He doesn’t play like he is stat hunting. |

| Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 3:51am On Mar 14, 2025 |
Team wey be say if one or two key players dey miss (whether star or role player), everywhere don burst, na him una dey call championship contender. Lol. Una no even sabi anything. Look at OKC, Boston and the Cavs, those teams are fundamentally sound that one person missing doesn't really change a lot about them. LeBron said this himself, for this team to achieve anything of significance this season, they have to play 100% at full capacity every single night, which is not always attainable due to injuries and fatigue accumulation. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Kibbs(m): 12:54pm On Mar 14, 2025 |
steady986:Best Underdog GOAT in the history of sports. I never see am before If e win now, another story |
| Re: The NBA Begins by SmooshCHN: 6:38pm On Mar 14, 2025 |
steady986:Abeg how is that different from every playoff teams. How far would any of these teams go? Celtics without Taytum? Bucks without Giannis? Knicks without Brunson? Nuggets without Jokic? Warriors without Steph? OKC without Shai? Hold on; how many of them have a co star like Luka? Please answer. Cos any small thing una go dey shift the goal post dey cook agenda. Lemme guess, if the "lowly" Lakers win, Bron is the best thing after God and now your personal lord and saviours because he had no help? LeBron said this himself, for this team to achieve anything of significance this season, they have to play 100% at full capacity every single night, which is not always attainable due to injuries and fatigue accumulation.Bro, at some point you have to leave some meat for Savannah. Cos what?? |
