Supreme Court nullifies judgement sacking Samuel Anyanwu As PDP National Sec by fergie001(mod): 9:36am On Mar 21, 2025*

The Supreme Court has nullified the judgement sacking a former Senator of Imo East Senatorial District, Nnaemeka Samuel Anyanwu as National Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

The Apex Court held that the plaintiff (now 1st Defendant) had no jurisdiction to file the suit as the suit was within the internal affairs of a Political Party.

"Jurisdiction is very important, hence the trial Court and the Court below were wrong to rule on the merits of a matter, they had no jurisdiction in the first place."

The Court further set aside the judgement of the Court of Appeal in Enugu

The PDP has been embroiled in a fierce battle on the National Secretary position between Anyanwu and a former National Youth leader, SKE Ude-Okoye.

Lol. Honestly Obidense don’t have sense. For a people with such documented history of supporting losers, if they had any sense, they should have known that supporting whoever they hate means the person is doomed. So, why not use that curse following you guys to support those you hate, to guarantee automatic victory for your real candidates. I mean for goodness sake, you guys supported 2 out of the 3 front runners (one as option A, the other as option B) during the last presidential elections and both failed!!! Even the military intervention which was option C also failed!!!
You guys should know by now that you have a 100% failure rate, why not use it to devastating effect?
