The supreme Court belongs to Nyesom Wike and Tinubu.
If you're taking any case they have interest in to the supreme Court, you are wasting your time, unless God decides to do something for you.

My conscience is clear...Wike is wicked...he stays on the right side of the law to fight his fights..

Let's start with Rivers State House of Assembly members..
The Governor erred in law, by rushing to demolish the house of assembly, after seeing the video of defection..he should have allowed them to sit and allow speaker announce their defection...then, he will approach the court to a call for the removal of their seats. This he should have done to be on the right side of law.

What did Wike did? Sending that the defected lawmakers erred by announcing on TV...He technically stopped them from defecting legally...they instead started denying their unofficial defection to remain on the right side of law.

Same with this PDP issue, NWC should have used internal party mechanism to remove Anyawu... instead, they rushed to obey a court judgement that lacks jurisdiction on internal affairs of the party. Somehow, the South South PDP congress organised by Wike will now be valid.

This is sack for Anyawu if you don't know. Wike/Anywawu has lost. the SC has said it is the Party or its NWc that can determine who the Party Secretary is- it is internal affairs,and appeal court should not meddle. The party ahs since determined that its UDe Okoye that is the Secretary- simplicity, and that is what will stand.

In any case, even if they didn't, now, they will simply sack him(Anyawu) and still install Ude Okoye, that's all.
