Oga, Anyanwu is actually the secretary. The supreme court nullified the judgment that removed him. If he lost, they wouldn't have vacated the lower court ruling

If the SC is saying that party positions are internal matter of the party to resolve, why then do we have courts interference by giving numerous injunctions to declare one person or the other as party chairman or otherwise?
I have always maintained that our judiciary seem to interpret the constitution differently at varying times depending on the people of interest in a matter before her.

Lol, you don't even understand the context of that statement. The supreme court made that statement because of the lower court declaring Ude Okoye meaning courts cannot decide who leads pdp but only pdp can do so through it's laws. And according to the law of pdp, Anyanwu is still secretary. You can only remove him via resignation or through the NEC and not through court orders sir. In any case, Anyanwu was occupying the secretary office before the judgment

If the Supreme Court ruled that it was an internal crisis, then the both parties should maintain status quo on the previous ruling of the Appeal court.

They adopted him pending the apex court judgment but Okoye was nowhere near the office. This nwc statement was made by Ologunagba faction. Okoye can never near pdp office again
