100 Level Computer Science student at Federal University Dutsinma who was kidnapped last month was found lifeless at a bush yesterday, March 24.

It can be recalled that a good number of students were kidnapped from the school and some of them are still in captivity.

As at the time of this report, those behind the kidnapping of the students are unknown but residents alleged that the perpetrators might be bandits.

The incident have left the students community in fear over the security situation in the area.

However, security operatives are investigating the case and ask everyone to remain calm.

Let me ask again, is this not enough reason to declare State of Emergency Against Bandits and Fulani Herdsmen?

Compare statistics with Ghana and find out how many students were kidnapped enmasse from university in say the last one year, with one or two winding up dead and their lifeless bodies degradingly dumped in the bush! The results wouldn’t surprise you!
