shinaxurdick:No specific office, it can be assigned to any visa office, though lately many applications from Nigeria have been processed by RROC. Check on IRCC website to confirm which office processes SP applications from Nigeria and send webform to them. |

ChiXi:Either you do an 18months masters or you do 2 different 1 academic year programs. It's called 1+1. But each of the program must ne eligible for pgwp for it to count. |

Malosky1:I am not sure. I assumed you are in a Canada thread hence it would be for a Canada study visa. I am not sure if it's required for a UK visa |

How can one identify the visa office (centre) that is processing his study permit application? I have an application of over 3 weeks in progress which I apply from UK. I would like to know the centre, if possible. Bobomaigida: |

Good afternoon house. I ordered for my GCMS note since March 3rd and after I got the temporary tracking number, I haven't received a reply from them since then. Please is this how it usually is? Cos I don't know if there's a way to follow up. |

Hello honorable members , Please I need your informed and evidence based advice on this as this is our very first time of trying Canada: So my wife was given admission to study BSC nursing (accelerated) at university of Trent Peterborough, to start this September. Do you think we have enough time to get our visas in time for the resumption date? (Someone told me that decision time now take longer than usual but I don’t know the veracity of this info) If yes, please where do we start from and how do we proceed, after paying the deposit? We are in the Uk so I don’t know if it will make any difference. Also, please if you are presently schooling at this university or an alumnus, I will greatly appreciate any additional info. Thank you |

All Masters programme irrespective of length a year, 16months or 2 years gets 3 years PGWP. That was earlier implemented before all these recent change. It's only College that needs two certificate programs (at least 8 months length each) or a 16month diploma program to qualify for 3 year PGWP. ChiXi: |

Viewoliver:You can know the office processing your application by check the website to see where applications from your country of residence are processed, however this does not always happen as the application can be routed to any office or call IRCC or see it from your GCMS notes. |

There is enough time for you to submit your application; check with the new policy if the program covers dependents. Been in the uk doesn't make any difference as long as you meet the requirement; your visas will be approved. IBILEmayweather: |

JMG12:Thanks for the response 🙏🏿. Yes, the new policy allows dependents for people studying professional courses like nursing. Can you please advise on the documents we need for the visa application? I know of Letter of Acceptance, PAL and proof of funds . I read it somewhere that we need to pay for health insurance but I’m not sure about this. Also, please how is the proof of funds like? I heard you also need to show ties to your home country. I know the questions are a lot, I will appreciate any input at all. Thank you . |

I don't understand what is going on with my application. I have been signing into my tracker and all I see are information on submission since 4th March and nothing else. Could it be my application is not yet attended to? I am anxious because UK processing time has been updated to 4 weeks and my application will be 4 weeks by next week. What do you think is the issue?
