So, I tried using ordinary yam for the ojojo.
As I was grating it, I knew right away that it won't work because it was too loose (not thick and slimy enough).

So, I aborted mission immediately (of using ordinary yam).

Thankfully, I still had a piece of wateryam left from the previous batch, so I used it to cover the shortcomings of the already grated ordinary yam, and everything turned out perfect.

I must say, this batch was even more delicious than the previous one because I added more onions, and fried them crunchier.

Lol, in Naija I get my meat from Artisan. I've dropped their info here before. This is just the first page. Whatsapp them for full pricelist. They make their own sausages, etc and they are so good!

The main difference between coleslaw and a salad lies in the base vegetable: coleslaw is a salad primarily made with shredded cabbage, while salads can feature a wide variety of ingredients, including lettuce, other leafy greens, and various vegetables. … Source: Google

There's a lot to say about this topic. lol There's so many different types of salads. But I think it's fair to say that if it's mainly lettuce, it's a salad salad (e.g. American cobb or caesar salad). If it's mainly any other vegetable/fruit, then it's a slaw (e.g. Thai mango/papaya "salad" or American carrot slaw). If it's mainly meat, then it's a sandwich salad (e.g. American tuna/chicken/seafood "salad" ). An exception would be something like a Vietnamese chicken salad, which is definitely a salad salad, but it has a bunch of chicken and cabbage.

Smiles, I was honestly confused seeing that as well, had to zoom it to make sure my eyes are not deceiving me....

BTW: not criticizing though, just kinda surprise seeing that combo for the very first time.
