How did they arrive at the results?

I know how PR works. In the next few years, some people will use this picture that any kid can design as poster of performance. There are many political jobbers in Nigeria and I know how the game works. I can design a poster like this and put my favorite politician there. If the mod put a warning that it is the Op's opinion, I would understand.

Sincerely I was expecting to see Dapo on the list and at the same time expecting your kind of reaction.
The truth is Gov. Abiodun is not your regular politician especially for (South West) he seeems too quiet to be notified but not that he's kind of a super governor/politician but for "Nigerian level" he's doing his bit but rather quietly unlike many that make noise and causes trouble all around.
Get me clearly Dapo is not a saint but I feel he's grossly underrated...
