It is moi moi made from green plantain with a mix of some ripped plantain. Memories of my childhood visit to the village.
I know the ingredients consisted of green plantain flour, ripped plantain, pepper, crayfish and other ingredients to make moimoi etc

We are conditioned to eat big meal from childhood and since all we eat is carbohydrate,we have concluded that it's either big carb or nothing.
And eating large equals better life and more energy.
Carbs are sugar. Sugar is more addictive than hard drugs and alcohol .
Then the stereotype that a man and woman must have flesh. Flesh to wear naija big man and woman clothes

I like plantain pass anybody.

That ukpo ogede has never caught my interest to make, but maybe someday I might, even if it's out of curiosity.
