It is moi moi made from green plantain with a mix of some ripped plantain. Memories of my childhood visit to the village.
I know the ingredients consisted of green plantain flour, ripped plantain, pepper, crayfish and other ingredients to make moimoi etc

We are conditioned to eat big meal from childhood and since all we eat is carbohydrate,we have concluded that it's either big carb or nothing.
And eating large equals better life and more energy.
Carbs are sugar. Sugar is more addictive than hard drugs and alcohol grin.
Then the stereotype that a man and woman must have flesh. Flesh to wear naija big man and woman clothes grin

I was like you love plantain small pass me cheesy, you should make ukpo ogede. I have eaten it from my family.
I think I should make it since I have green plantain flour. I have to leave my ripped plantain to be over rip. I may use foil to wrap it.
