Oga, this is not matter of family, it is business. When business is sorted out then family relationship will fall in place.
Abi you expect him to chill and let his sweat go to to someone else? What if jude drops dead today and his wife claims that company since she owns 80% shares and will inherit the balance 20% owned by the husband, meanwhile the money earned by the company is sweat from square as a group, it's catalogues?
Imagine you are 5 siblings your father left 10 houses for. The older siblings then registers a company managing and owning those houses, he then gives his wife 80% shares and keeps 20% for himself. The company is managing and paying the brothers from money earned from the 10 properties.
If that brother drops dead tomorrow, who do you think now owns the 10 houses? No be his wife?
Things should be done properly to avoid problems in family, it is not a matter of forgive and settle. That company should have the brothers as shareholders with no one else. Wives can then inherit the shares of their respective husband at their demise.

That angle of his death and this serious multi billion naira and dollars criminal case unraveling before us is worth investigating as well. The family of Bayo Odunsami should seek to be clear that the death of their son was not to get rid of him so that Jude can take over the account. The money at stake is huge!
