But we can all agree that the killings have only but risen astronomically between then and now but our pastor hasn’t as much as issued a statement not to talk of protesting.

You should be worried why we have not heard usual popular clergy voices(I don't want to mention name due to my respect to body of Christ) from the east since original-Fulani and ipob-fulani are massacring Ndigbo in Enugu first. Political enemies and opponents in the north and aggrieved Biafrans who don't want Tinubu to continue in second tenure are likely behind the sudden increase in Fullani madness and ipob-disguising to Fulani so that effort of Tinubu will not really qualify him for continuity. All the placards, protests and complaint you and Sowore had staged online and offline, how many problems have been solved?

You will always see some m@d fellows who will post that Adeboye led a protest against Jonathan and they will be posting the prayer walk done in 2020 from Buhari and Osinbajo's tenure.
