Hmmm, I am not a diabetes patient but 36 now at time when I wake up to pee I must quickly look for water immediately to replace the one out mostly in the middle of the night.

I saw some people saying cardiac arrest, I doubt it. From experience, when he called for water, I had a flashback to when I also almost passed out. I didn't care that I was on the road, I sat on the floor, and almost lay down sef. It was late and people weren't much passing the road. I called my friend on the phone to please bring water. He rushed down, and after I drank like two pure water, I felt much better. It got bad again after and I had to be hospitalised for 3 weeks, but I didn't die.

This man's case might be diabetic complications..Probably high blood sugar. Taking a lot of water always helps, before you find a permanent solution.

It can also be a case of upper GI bleeding caused by ulcer. Water also helps temporarily, before you get rushed to the hospital.

I believe he had laid down or sat down and taking water on time, he would have felt better for a while...long enough to be rushed to the hospital

Even same Doctor do slumped and die! Death will always looks for perfect way to strike! So those died when slumped not really die due to the health issue but because the time is up as it was decreed by the creator.

One thing me I will subscribe to is to ensure you enjoy your money while you make it.

If you know how much people take care of their health but still lose it you will join me to understand that when God says it is time, no matter what you do, you cannot escape it. Even most times you won't know something is wrong with your system, medicals won't show either.

I only gave an advice. I didn't say for sure that he's not checking his health but usually once your sugar level is low to a certain level, you'll just collapse and die. I had a similar experience but thank God I did my fast blood sugar test that morning only to realize that it was on 2.21. That was a close call. Imagine what would have happened if I didn't do the test that moment.

Low and behold, my test result showed that my blood sugar level was 2.21. Infact the doctor said it's a miracle that I was alive. I could have just slumped and died. Since then, I went to buy the glucose monitor. I do my blood sugar test every 3 days and I always check my blood pressure. May God continue to help us all

You should always sit on the edge of your bed a few minutes before standing up

Dehydration can easily kill as well, I do notice at time when I wake up from sleep and move to restroom to wee I we have to rushed back for water in second.

A lot of folks do ask for water on their death bed....it's a sign of the end..

CPR could have saved his life. But Ambulance arriving at that scene within 4 minutes is another problem.

Many people who collapse or are injured in accidents or shot still have their hearts beating.
Where there is no pulse and the heart has stopped, it can be revived. It happens world wide every day.

That's why every Nigerian should be taught
CPR. It's very easy. Almost every where in Nigeria, when someone is motionless after an accident or collapse, every body says " e don die" ,no no no; they may not dead. Lack of motion is not the same as death.
