Have you ever had an ex whom you loved so much but broke up in a bad manner, then after a year or so, he/she gets married.

I used to have an ex who was always cheating. I got to know through her calls. Whenever she was with me, she would put her phone on flight mode or silence. If I took her phone to either take pictures or listen to music, she would start fidgeting and getting nervous cos she felt i would discover her hidden games.

I noticed three particular guys calling her multiple times in a day. I asked about them, but she said those guys were just nuisance to her and she had nothing to do with them. Out of the three guys, one called more than the other two. As a matter of fact, I broke up as a result of her lack of sincerity.

The first broke up was due to these same calls from same guys. she begged for reconciliation and I forgave her after she sought forgiveness from me through my friends and families. She even swore in her late father's name that she had nothing to do with these guys.

Second breakup was, she traveled and never picked my calls again. Right from the moment I bade her goodbye the day she was traveling, she stopped picking my calls. After a month, she returned and began crying and apologizing.
The final break up was also same as the second one. Then I made the decision never to have anything to do with her. We dated for three years.

Today, she's now married to one of the three guys who was always calling her.
I can't say how I feel about it. But I felt like I was cheated. Why?. Because I was too sincere and faithful to her.

So how did u feel seeing your ex get or ex boyfriend married before you?

I understand how you feel... But please, be glad and rejoice that you did not end up with her blindly!!!
Just wish her the best in her marriage and move on... There is always someone better and more deserving out there (Speaking from experience).

I nack her one last time then went to her wedding and ate like a glutton. She later called me and told me she's pregnant. The child is now 4 years old. And the child is mine.

I am her ex, not her enemy. I felt happy for her, but sorry for the guy. I had my own flaws, but this lady is violent, like when she gets angry, you won't believe this is the same sweet girl you know. She once said to me, 'If not for God, I for don kill you this night'. All through, I could not sleep well.

She was very pretty no doubt, and I had the intention of marrying her before I had to run for my life, I even took her home to see my people, after some time, she told me that when we marry, we will move far away, somewhere far from my poeple and her people so they wont come visiting, me that is very big on family? First red flag.

So when I eventually told her I no dey do again, she tried all she could to get us back, even traveling to the middle belt to meet my family to beg me, but I no gree o, about 3 years later, she sent her invitation card to my sister who sent it to me. After my little investigation, I found out -

1. She got married without her father's permission, this is someone who has been taking care of her since she was a baby, sent her to the best schools, until she moved over to the mainland for uni. In fact, she removed his name from her IV, man never attended the wedding as the man sef na tough man.

2. The man she got married to is the exact opposite of everything she stood for in a man. Not good looking, round, very dark, and to top it all, she wasn't tall, probably around 5.4, but she was taller than the husband, plus, he wasn't rich too, so the marriage na mystery.

In summary, I felt happy that she finally got married to someone she can control, but I felt sad for the man cos he will be the wife in the marriage, without a doubt.

I dodged a bullet.

I felt nothing infact almost all my ex are married now

Otherwise you feel happy but not applicable to everyone

I don't know if my ex are married, let me check since you have bring it to my attention.

But on a more serious note, if we break up, that's it oooo, I don't even bother to check if you are alive or not, I just move on. My peace of mind over anything.

I never keep track of exes, chat with them, or talk about them.


Since I'm not irrational, I consider all options before breaking up. And mostly to avoid drama, I drift away till she gets the message. None of the theatrics of breakups, and certainly not via chats so screenshots don't start flying since women like to play the victim's card.

I'm driven by mentality of abundance. 8 billion people in the world. 210 million in Nigeria. At least 25 million are single women. 33 million Nigerians active on Facebook monthly, and no less than 4 million active single women. That's before factoring in single women from other countries.

So why obsess about an ex or about exes when the options are in millions if I am up to it?
