Technically, a man can't be said to have cheated on what he used his money to pay for. If I buy a car and a few months later, I choose to take another car for a test drive, have I cheated on the first car?

I don't really know the reason, may God help and have mercy on we men.

The only thing that will make me pity the said lady is if she didn't date/sleep with married men when she was single. But if she did, then she should expect other ladies to share her husband with her. If she didn't, then I hope her man realizes his wrong doing and stop those nonsense behavior, and stick to his wife.

Also, the lady may need to examine her attitudes and adjust where needed.

While sometimes married men tend to cheat because some wives weaponize sexual intimacy, I won't dwell on that because of your comments about the case study that you presented in your piece. So, I will talk about growing success of men and the hypergamous nature of women as key reasons many married men cheat.

Firstly, most men tend to get married at the beginning of their career and foray into wealth creation. As a result of this, they are usually very busy building their lives and climbing the success ladder. In fact, at times like these, many of them are religious, and are very committed to their partners. Significant part of their income goes into home upkeep. Nothing much is available for frivolities and they invest good portions of the little income left into personal development and emergency account. But as they have more disposal income, things tend to change as they can now afford to act on their wild desires.

In addition to the foregoing, most ladies in our society tend to get attracted to successful men, irrespective of their marital status. As husbands begin to have more and more disposable income, grow in their careers etc. they become more visible and attractive to most women. Since some of these men become managers, top leaders, captains of industries eventually, they have meetings outside of their usual places of residence and sometimes even have to go to such meetings with female colleagues and/or secretaries who have been looking for avenues to have amorous relationship with such men for various reasons. Men naturally find it difficult to resist what they see, particularly if it's the body aligns with his "specification".

As I conclude, rising disposable income plus the humongous drive of the female gender towards successful men are some of the major reasons males who have already tied the knots to cheat on their wives. It is important that married men understand that faithful wives deserve faithfulness as well, learn to be empathetic irrespective of their financial success and to create formidable boundaries against uncouth fellows.

I don't know about this but let me use myself as an example.

So it happens I like women alot. I appreciate their beauty in and out and I want to have girls when I have kids.. Four girls. Lol anyways my girl knows this. I told her. I feel this is important so she understands this part of me. And has learnt to trust me that even though I am all flesh and bone and a man I have limits and know my limits to appreciating a woman's beauty

We have been together for 3 years, we are not intimate. So yeah it is 3 years without the other story. We are saving up.

What I have learnt in this 3 years is companionship and trust and real love.

Sex is one of many love languages before I met this my woman, it was the only language i could depend on to express my self. But now I realize it's one of the least but overhyped languages.

I think people cheat generally when they have been unable to find other ways to express themselves other than sex. The act is intense, passion and all but it doesn't last long. Its like a drug fix. A cheap escape or relief. AND if there is one thing i know about drugs is that, they come in different shapes and sizes and effect which is why men and women sought out for others

If the man is taken good care of her and providing for the family, she should just continue being the good wife, one in a while, she should make the man feel that she knows about his cheating activities but she just chooses to overlook it, very soon, the man will come to his senses.
When a man conquer a woman by marrying her and keeping her for himself, he realized that he is a hero and this realization sometimes push him to try and verified it, verifying it is trying to woo another woman and this sometimes extend from one woman to two or three other women before the man is fully convinced that he is a conqueror, . The attitude of the woman at home will make him quite after the conviction or continues. If the woman acts like she i8 aware but not too border, the man will see himself as the one that will be at loss should the wife quit but if the wife is fighting like she doesn't want to see another woman, the man will somehow feel like she had went for a woman below his standard, now thinking or believing that he can get a more suitable woman out there, thereby thinking that the wife can get someone like him which is the reason why the wife is fighting tooth and nail to keep him. This will make him go out more.

A boy enters puberty at 13yrs old. At that age, his body starts reacting to pleasures of ****

From that age, they want to explore.

Then they start looking for a girlfriend. Why? So they can "explore" and *do-the-do* with the girl. They probably then have their first "doings with a girl" at let's say 16yrs or 17yrs.

From then on, they can't stop. Like they say, once u do it once, u can't stop. Especially at that young age where their hormones is pumping blood to that part every morning. At this age, it only guys with "self control" that can hold themselves.

So after the first "doings", they enjoy and can't stop. They start looking for a "mate" in disguise of a "relationship" but within it's just to have someone they can be "doing it" with every day with no strings attached.

17yrs, 18yrs, 19yrs....26yrs, 27yrs they can't stop doing it. They enjoy it and can't stop. If there is no girl around, the shameless ones make use of the usual "Ashewo" houses to quench their urge.

27yrs, 28yrs, 29yrs....35yrs, 36yrs, 37yrs, 38yrs, 39yrs, 40yrs they keep going in and out, "doings on a regular" in disguise of "relationships" with a girl. Those without a partner will do "one night stands".

At these age, they are now independent so money can buy the "doings" for them. They that will buy it will buy it.

In all these years, from their first "doings" at 17yrs to when they finally decide to marry in their late 30's or 40's, majority would have had "doings" about 500 times with different girls both serious relationships, unserious relationships, flings, one-night stands and regulars.

For the number of girls involved in all these years, do the mathematics urself because some men have even lost count.

Then he gets married to you and you are complaining that he is cheating on you?
