Yes you laugh but I have real life examples of couples which has worked excellently and for whom the partner with money does rubbish. I have seen couples who without doing number 3 get ripped off. 3 by itself is not a red flag but to each their own.

If your partner is a skilled investor better give him or her the monies to invest. Let y'all have billions later in life. I don give advice.
