It depends on the command you apply. A friend reapplied in Abuja and it skipped the biometrics stage

Kindly go to the State CID you filled for your capturing. They won't send you any message/email

I paid on the16th. Did capturing today. I was asked to pay 2k at the office which I did. I did not spend up to 20 minutes. Osogbo CID.

I was told that I'll get the clearance certificate in my email after 6 hours.

Just go to the State CID you filled once your application says biometric capturing (stage 3). They won't send you any email or sms for capturing.

Hi, can you help out please ...I'm battling with the same problem too..I tried registering it says my phone number has been used by another user ..I tried retrieving my email through a code but no nothing was sent to my number..I have tried this multiple times..and I haven't registered at all.. though I changed my email address recently both the one on my Bvn/NIN...so, I cant pinpoint what the issue is

I have been trying to get a PCC for the past one week..I realised I didn't have the email address on both my NIN/BVN I had them both changed to the same email address and now it's telling me my phone number has been registered by another user and I haven't been able to register...I tried to retrieve email through verification code... nothing was sent to my phone number

I really don't know what to do anymore.

Hello,
I have a different surname on my bvn and my passport due to a recent change of name.I tried applying for a PCC online but it keeps bringing the information on my bvn. I want the certificate to carry the name of my passport.
I went for a change of name on my bvn but its yet to be effected.
Will my PCC have the name I'm seeing now or the one on my passport if I go ahead with the payment without waiting for it to change on my bvn?

I guess the information on your passport is the valid one right? Why don't you apply for your PCC with your passport then?

PCC and passport share data and as such the information on both must tally. BVN is the odd one out
