I am glad the refs are finally calling these Brunson flops.

Who is you guys huh

But to your point, Luka is the star player on tbis team. As was AD. Who else are we supposed to blame. I think I will just have to keep saying it until it sinks in. That Lebron cant play 48 playoff minutes without gassing out means his days as #1 option are donzo. End of story. At best a #2 option with limited minutes. Im not taking anything away from him. Its just what it is. Everybpdy gets old. He is old. No need for deep analysis
Lebron is old, then he should retire. ALL he is doing is hurting the team by not playing defense and by gassing out in the 4th. He is not fit to be No 1, 2 or 3. At best, he should be a 6th man. That way he doesn't play clutch minutes. That way, no one would blame him if the team loses. You can't absolve him of blames because he is not the 1 option.

If he doesn't track back, that is 4 on 5 in defence. How are they expected to win when he plays all offense, no defence. Lebron is the reason they lost and have been losing, accept it.

And the Warriors. Hmm. Well Game 6 will determine a lot of things.

Steph Curry has quietly been poor the last two games. The Rockets will have nothing to lose game 6 so the Warriors better know what they are doing
Steph hasn't been poor. Rockets done a great job taking him out of the game. He is been face guarded and fouled throughout the game. It's because of his off the ball movements he is able to even get the attempts he has.

Nonetheless, I believe the warriors experience is too much for the rockets, and the series will be over in 6

Like kobe and jordan before him, he is going to play until his body gives out. And his knowledge of the game means he will always be top 2 or 3 on any team. Its the playoffs expose their weakness. It was playoffs that msde Kobe realize he needed Gasol.

Had they kept AD, I had a feeling they would have gotten to WCF. But gms dont analyze anymore. Just looking for flash. Too late anyways, the mistake has been made. What do I know, Im just a fan

Chris Finch thoroughly out-coached JJ in this series. The gulf in experience showed.
And I’m so happy that happened. Y’all can pipe down now

‘Lakers in 5’

Hmmm

Guess who would’ve been the ‘star player’ if the lakers had won the series?

These guys stress me out so much. Might as well just go home and prepare for game 7.

Well here goes nothing.
The Rockets are gonna knock out the warriors.
Steph and his team of bums can try again next year.....
If steph is tired of Basketball, he should join his older brother Lebron and retire.....

You get the point that I never made. I was never sold on the Butler trade—credit to him, he’s been impressive—but we still have no interior defense. Steven Adams absolutely feasted on the offensive glass. As if we could just Playoff Jimmy our way to championship. To make matters worse, Steph and Draymond looked like they couldn’t wait to be done with the series—playing irritated right from tip-off. We had no business letting this series go to a Game 7. At this point, I’d honestly rather see the Rockets advance. I don’t want to give myself any false hope this season.
Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 5:58am On May 03, 2025
There would never be another Greg Popovic. I wish he walked away on his own from the court but his life is more important than basketball. Thank you for the memories, behind that angry old man was a soft and kind human. He would not even allow San Antonio boo Kawhi!

All the best!

The fact that the warriors have never gotten just even an average center to pair with Steph for almost a decade is criminal at this point grin.

I think fans of LeBron and Steph have to accept that all good things come to an end. Enjoy their last few years.
They came, slayed, conquered but it's time for newer legends to be made.
It's rare to have such legendary stars competing deep into the playoffs at their age.

Only Butler and Curry are even making efforts in this series. The rest of the rooster is nothing to write home about.

I don't know why the front office has chosen to be stubborn about getting a decent defensive Centre. The last effective one I could remember was Andrew Bogut. It's totally ok to want to Curry be the focal point of offence but we still need to cover the basics. Steven Adams just kept on feasting it was embarrassing at some point.
I have accepted a long time ago though. Seems like the franchise is ok with participating instead of winning.

People ask me all the time. 40! Why do you hate LeBronze. Why don't you like him?

It's cos of nonsense like this

https://x.com/espn/status/1918369328514113568?s=19

Every year without fail after a playoff series loss we hear about some imaginary injury. Shameless and classless. So disrespectful to the competition
Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 11:04pm On May 03, 2025
Steve Kerr is a really funny guy. After 6 DNPs the last 8 games you want to suddenly include Kuminga in the rotation in a Game 7.

Game 7 Nuggets vs Clippers in a bit. Should be good
Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 1:54am On May 04, 2025
Wow. Good Westbrook on display here. I know Lakers fans are punching air watching this version of Russ

Impressive first half so far. Egalitarian offense. This version of the Nuggets where Jokic is not scoring a lot is actually the most dangerous version

This Braun is quite the upgrade on KCP. I recall saying it here that KCP will not be missed. You can see how KCP stank up the joint for the Magic this year

Switching from man to zone defense has helped them quite a bit because they were getting chewed by Zubac for a minute there.

I don't know why more teams don't play zone. It's such an effective scheme when used right

OK this is Nuggets game to lose now. Let's hope they don't bottle it like they did vs the Timberwolves last year

It requires a high level of discipline and attention to specific details otherwise you get smoked. The Clippers don’t have slashers who can make good cuts around the rim, that is why they can’t handle the switch to zone.
