One of the easiest breakfasts to slap together so I eat it a lot. Trying to shift to smaller, more frequent portions. Will make curry chicken later today.

You are eating good. With all that steak, I'd probably have a raw onion or lemon by the side, to be able to stomach all that.

You should have sieved the excess oil IMO. Nice combo well put together.
