I have said it here. Him winning or losing Europa should not be the determining factor. We would just be repeating the ETH FA Cup mistake.

Either way sha, the club is doomed. We don't have much money to spend and the little we have is being straightjacketed by FFP rules. Additionally, the people in the club who signed off on buying Ugarte and Dorgu might be frauds as well, meaning the little money we do spend is likely to be spent on rubbish players and the next manager might be another incompetent person.

knows that something has to change. Even if these are average players, at least we should be an average team. This team looks uncoached and performs well below average.

Dave Sexton,Ron Atkinson,David Moyes,Louis Van Gaal,Jose Mourinho,Ole Gunner Solksjaer,and Eric Ten Hag NEVER had this kind of dreadful record before being shown the exit gate from Old Trafford.
This is complete relegation standard form and if Ipswich, Southampton and Leicester city were a little bit better United would have been in a relegation dog fight.
I just don't understand how his supporters can't see the glaring fact that United will be in a horrible relegation dog fight next season if this incompetent guy is handed a monetary war chest to buy the players to play his magical mad cap system next season.
I just can't imagine any of Europe's top teams with ambition to progress who would retain an incompetent manager who finished a season in 16th or 17th position.

A win does a lot actually. Confidence momentum etc ahead of a final. Also getting used to so many defeats is not good for any team. Not to talk of the difference in prize money for league positions when we know money is already tight. Even if we win the Europa League final, its not going to make everything ok. It doesn't work like that.

All we need is a ticket to the UCL, that's where the money is...At this point, finishing a position or two higher is inconsequential in the grand scheme of things. Let the players use the remaining games to build fitness for those who need it.
