I rate it 0.1% just because they brought low current last night till early morning and that is the first for this week and I have to chat one of them up .


My question is this actually Nigerian thing or Nepa in this area just causes all these problems because in the main city , because they do have light everyday at least while others can last 3 full day without light .

There is no overall improvement in electricity supply in Nigeria. The generation currently is 5,310MW. So where did the improvement come from? If they take from Peter and give to Paul, would be termed an improvement?

My place in Igbogbo is under band D & we hardly get 6hrs daily... But the bill is 12hrs+ daily....

It seems PH is the worst in light aspect in all Nigeria. In port Harcourt sometimes you'll not see light for like three to four days, and if they eventually bring it won't last upto 30 mins.

Band A agip light are the only sets enjoying near constant light.

The issue of light is a very big problem in Nigeria.

Light in my area is haphazard, we have light during the weekends, but during workdays, is only at nights.... But it suites me perfectly cos I go to work, charge .y fine, use light d way I want, then return home to sleep with light... My light bill has dropped from 20k monthly to now, 8k . monthly

States, 2 or 3 contiguous local governmens should produce the electricity they need.
It can be done. Just plan and execute.
However, it's not an overnight endeavor.

Aside national grid collapse n vandals like Boko boys.....we have light here in Lafia.....almost 18 hours to 20.....if not for useless AEDC who can't even buy transformer n other major light materials....maybe our light would be 22 hours or more.....I'll rate him 6.5/7

how can ordinary 5000mw of power be sufficient for the population of more than 200 million people ?
