I don't believe everything I see online. Netizens are fond of posting rubbish for cheap attention, most especially that bleeding gender.

This nysc program has since outlived it's usefulness my girl was posted to an area where the least house rent is over #300k no provision for accommodation they have to provide it by themselves very useless people.
